We were placed in a room in the basement, although not specified during the reservation. We requested room change, they asked for an extra fee as if we were the preferred. The room was incredibly dust and dirty. There were oil traces everywhere. I couldn't put my phone on the comid. We had difficulty sleeping in bed. There is no clothes box in the room. No mini fridge. The floor park and everywhere was buried. The seat in the room has become unsuitable. You don't handle the box in the room, the curtains are swept and smell. We had a lot of difficulty even to stay one night..

I had a wonderful stay and experience at the Aspera Hotel Altunizade Istanbul. Without a doubt one of my favourite hotels I stayed during my last trip in Istanbul and its all thanks to the best members of staff I’ve ever encountered. Upon arrival I was warmly welcomed by the staff and a manager, the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. I arrived very early and they made an exception of me to check-in earlier so that I could rest. I really appreciate it. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check-in, to the cleaning staff were absolutely delightful and eager to help! The hotel team has always been friendly, patient and helpful. I want to say a special thank you to the amazing Kübra Gürbüz, she is beyond exceptional. I needed a very specific help with the flight and she went above and beyond to help and was so patient and professional and resolved my issue with great determination and spent tremendous amount of time to achieve it. I am eternally grateful to Kübra. She is an absolute delight, beautiful inside and out, professional, extremely efficient, knowledgeable, observant, fluent in English. Kübra gave me all the tips on places to explore in Istanbul and I enjoyed visiting all those places so much. I can’t praise her enough. What a lovely girl! I want to thank Engin as well for his friendliness, all the help, positivity, encouragement, professionalism and for always being so helpful, approachable and smiley. Wonderful people, feels like a family! They made my stay so enjoyable. The atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to me, a true sample of excellent hospitality! The room was very pleasant, it was cozy, clean and comfortable. Hotel and the room had a fantastic charm. Breakfast was excellent and incredibly varied. I stayed at the hotel for 8 days and every morning there was something new. The hotel team has always been friendly, patient and helpful. The location is just perfect. The service was exceptional. The hotel staff was beyond exceptional. On my next stays, I will definitely check into Aspera Hotel Altunizade Istanbul. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone! Thank you again for everything! The service at the Mercure hotel at Altunizade, the hotel room and amenities were amazing, the hotel facilities were great. The most important however was the great service. I have stayed at so many big hotels because of my job, what impressed me the most was this hotel with its service and customer relations. Whatever the time, even midnight they reply fast and are so happy to help in anyway, they really care about the guests and put 100% effort when caring for them. After any complaint or question the hotel follow it up after it has been resolved to ensure you are still happy or if there is anything else you need. The guest service was really good. We are delighted with the Kassimo Hotel! Friendly staff, always happy to help with all questions, clean like home, when entering the room we took off our shoes. The room has all the services as in 5* hotels, on the top floor there is a terrace overlooking the Sea of ​​Marmara. Thank you for such comfort and good service.

Balık ızgara yapmakta ne var diye düşünenler olabilir, ama balığı çiğ bırakmadan, bunu yaparken de kurutmadan ızgara yapabilmek hüner ister. Her tabak aynı lezzette ve özende pişmişti. Aşçıyı tebrik ediyoruz. İŞLETME TAAHHÜTLERİ: Yemeğimiz ile ilgilieleştirebileceğim tek bir konu oldu. Rezervasyonumuzu yaparken herşeyi YAZILI olarak talep ettik ve YAZILI olarak bunların teyidini aldık. ODALAR: Oteli gezmeye gittiğimde odaları da gezdim (ama konaklamadım). Hepsinden aynı muhteşemlikte kesintisiz manzara var. Köşe odalar iki cepheden de manzaraya hakim. Odaların dekorasyonu zevkli ama uygulama çok özenli değil. Malzeme kalitesi orta karar. Burada fiyat kalite dengesini de dikkate almak gerekiyor, fiyatına göre uygun. GENEL: Otel herşeyi ile bir “winner”. PROFESYONEL ÖNERİ: Her türlü rezervasyon ve angajmanı yazılı olarak, son derece açık, detaylı ve net şekilde yapmaları.
