one of the most comfortable experiences I have ever had. Kind loving and caring people. Cost effective safe and secure hotel which is a bit away from the center but if you get used to public transport and love to explore this is the place to be. I have no complaints. Thier morning breakfast was amazing and the staff who served it were even better than that.

My friend and I were staying at Mount Ararat Hotel for three nights. We were welcomed by friendly and helpful staff. Even though we barely stayed in our room, the room had everything what we needed after a long day outdoors. The beds were very comfortable, the place was clean and so was the bathroom. There were a lot of restaurants nearby and during the evening the neighbourhood became very lively with locals and tourists. We were happy that after a tiring day we could grab some food and drinks with our hotel in the close proximity. On our last evening Saleh helped us arranging the transport to the airport which was top-notch! On the other hand, we had an arrangement with breakfast included and it was slightly disappointing. It was buffet with various choices of food and drinks but my friend and I are a little bit fussy. We preferred to grab something on our way to the city centre. It is not a deal breaker though. All in all, good value for money. We were satisfied about our choice and would definitely come back.

The location of the hotel is very good! Just a few steps to the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia! Very close to the sea too! The location is really good. But the room is a bit damp

Selected because our tour used it. It was a good choice! Will use Millennium Hotels again. The room was comfortable, the lnen changed daily and the staff friendly and professional. We enjoyed the main restaurant. Didn't get a chance to try the mezze restaurant. Good menu, though. Will returnl

I have stayed here many times, but this time I was not satisfied at all. In the room, hair belonging to an old woman was scattered everywhere. The cleaning was unsuccessful. There was a hot water problem, the water was getting extremely cold and hot while taking a shower and washing dishes. I am not normally a person who chooses pillows, I can sleep with all pillows, regardless of whether they are hard, soft, high or low. The room is stuffed to the brim with a pillow large enough to bend your head at an exaggerated 45 degree angle. I preferred to sleep without a pillow.

I have been here at the hostel for a week. The service is very nice and they help where they can. I had a room change without problems and these are clean and relatively quietly located to a side street. The bakery faces one in the morning with the smell of fresh bread ;) However, no loud supply. Breakfast is nice, marmelade, honey, some vegetables and tea, water or coffee. It is worth mentioning that the staff members clean every day. Only in the bathroom is a hook to hang up and protect his stuff and cultural bags from wet :D

Excellent city hotel, its location is perfect for going to the center, is close to buses, the metro. Although we choose to go walking and meet , 30 minutes from the Santa Sofia, the big basar etc. The rooms are small but very comfortable, they re-stop the water, leave everything necessary, soaps, paper, tea etc, excellent cleaning, The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, could not have asked for better. The staff took good care of us, all were very friendly and helpful. Our room had a view of the Sea of Marmara, Kadikoy, Harem station and the European side including Topkapi palace. - simply fantastic. The room was clean, and practical and large enough for three adults to move around comfortably. The beds were comfortable and suitable for our very tall family! The pool on the roof was small (there’s also a larger indoor pool), but a welcoming feature to allow you to unwind after a long day of sight seeing or just to spend some time sunbathing and cooling off (again, the views were amazing). Breakfast was excellent, everything you could possibly want was on offer, but I have to say that the omelettes needed a little work, they were on the dry side. Other than that all the food was top quality. The location is probably the best part about this hotel, it’s away from the hustle and bustle of the European side, but has excellent access to the metro, taxis, ferries, buses, dolmus’s and even a tram. You can be in the thick of sight seeing in a matter of 15-20 minutes by ferry! The price was also reasonable, so much so that there is little point in staying at the more expensive hotels on the European side - it just makes sense to stay here! Overall, loved this hotel and hopefully will be staying here again. Thanks DT Hilton team for making our stay a great one.
