A manutenção está deixando a desejar: já na chagada tive de voltar porque o cartão não funcionou. O 2o cartão funcionou mas com um pouco de insistência e jeito - talvez o problema fosse a fechadura e não os cartões.
O AC logo começou a fazer barulho anormal e no meio da noite começou a pingar dentro do quarto! Não dá pra dormir com pinga pinga do lado da cama!

Chegamos no hotel na sexta um dia antes da reserva através de outra plataforma.
Nós hospedamos e solicitamos permanecer no mesmo quarto para evitar trocas.
No dia 1 quarto limpo, tudo certo.
Dia 02 chegamos e o quarto continuava com o aviso de arrumação porém sem nada ter sido feito, nem mesmo as toalhas de banho.
Dia 03 sai pela manhã e pedi ao recepcionista por favor para darem uma atenção ao nosso quarto pois não havia sido limpo nem trocado as toalhas, chegamos no hotel o quarto permanecia do mesmo jeito sem limpeza, sem recolher os lixos e sem trocar as toalhas.
Liguei na recepção e só trocaram as toalhas eu mesma fiz as demais limpezas necessárias.
No dia seguinte terca-feira saímos e pedimos novamente que tudo fosse limpo.
Chegamos da praia por volta de 15h e o quarto permanecia sujo sem ninguém aparecer por lá, tivemos que brigar e quando saímos do hotel para uma festa a noite então o quarto foi limpo.
Na quarta limparam o quarto e na quinta fizemos checkout.
Falta de respeito total com o cliente, já optamos pelo hotel devido as comodidades que este oferece, as quais não tivemos.

Hotel bem localizado, diária de boa relação, atendentes bastante gentis, não trocam lençóis e toalhas todos os dias. Os dois restaurantes são muito bons e um deles tem um preço surpreendentemente atraente. Café da manhã é o ponto alto.

Hotel é ótimo, localização perfeita, Sem ruídos, apesar de estar de frente para a BR. A [unica coisa que precisa melhorar é a Internet. Segunda vez que me hospedo. Já fiquei no terceiro e primeiro andar. O sinal é péssimo. Para quem viaja a trabalho, um ponto a ser considerado.

Excelente opção dentro da proposta de ser um hotel de beira de estrada, limpo, organizado, quarto de bom tamanho, enxoval conservado e para a minha surpresa, pude tomar café da manhã às 5h da manhã, o que é um grande diferencial. Parabéns!
