The hotel is very clean. The beds in the room are pure white and neat. There is a kitchen on the upper floor for cooking and cooking. It is very suitable for family use. The only inconvenient thing is that you have to check-in with an iPad!

The hotel service is attentive and the environment is comfortable. I will definitely stay here again next time I have the opportunity.

As other reviewers have said, the check-in process using the tablet provided is a bit tedious. I think it would be better if you could enter the information in advance on a computer. There are too many details to mention about the cleaning, but I felt it was thorough enough for a normal stay. The location was also quiet, so I was able to relax and have a good stay.

酒店是一間別墅，整潔光猛，環境一流，就係海邊，屋內可以望到海景，附近有好多燒蠔小屋，自駕遊一流。唯一要注意，入住當天要主動打電話連絡酒店，取得門匙密碼。我是請市區酒店的職員幫忙的，非常感激她。

樂天系列入住系統真的好有問題，不要以為收到Agent幾次的確認電郵就能入住，原來酒店會在入住前48小時內電郵通知訂房編號和入房密碼，沒有任何職員協助，我兩日經不同agent訂的樂天系列也沒有收到酒店的確認電郵，最後打電話到香港agent尋求協助，折騰了個多小時終於酒店重新電郵入住資料才能成功入住。雖然酒店設計很不錯，很適合一家大小入住，但一家人原本想開開心心入住，變成了膽心個幾小時怕要訓街，真的很旁惶。這是很差的入住體驗，希望樂天能好好改善，多謝Trip.com客服的協助, 不斷為我跟住事情的進展，但長途電話費用不少😫🙏

我們因行程意外變更，不能入住，曾多次提前要求取消入住，但店方不同意，至使我們白白浪費了2500多元人民幣，我們沒有入住，只是認為店家太不盡人情。

I was asked to exchange it myself for the room I was moving to, which took some time, but it worked fine. *Please do not trust the previous user's dishwashing status easily, and wash dirty dishes before checking in. I think it's strange to have guests arrive tired and want a glass of water, but then wash the dishes and wipe down the shelves first. You should include a professional cleaning like Duskin on a weekly basis. I think it would make a big difference if the people in charge of daily cleaning were more conscious, but if this situation continues, I will never use this place again, and I cannot recommend it to anyone else.
