A quantidade de aptos para PCD é muito grande e com isso alguns convidados ficaram nos aptos que tem a cama muito mais baixa. A&B muito simples, itens repetidos todos os dias e comida do restaurante sempre fria no buffet, apesar de saborosa. Equipe de eventos e do comercial e recepção extremamente atenciosas e prestativas.

Impossível falar com o hotel. Ninguém atende o telefone e ninguém retorna. O hotel é excelente mas atendimento péssimo. Depois de comprar a hospedagem ninguém te atende para tirar dúvidas. Há dias ligando e não tem canal para atendimento.
