ホテルに関しては夕食以外満足のいくところでした。ただ、ウォータープールが半分以上営業中止でしたので楽しみだったプールが大分混雑していて不満の残る結果でした。

コロナ前は毎年行っていたがコロナ禍になり4年ぶりに行きました。以前はホテルのフロントでスライダー券が購入できたができなくなったとのこと。また、チェックアウト後に荷物預かりサービスがあったが車で来てる客は預かれないので車で保管するようにと言われました。ビュッフェは明らかに冷凍食品やインスタントだと分かるものばかりでローストビーフ以外は美味しくなかったです。ドアマンのような存在の女性従業員の態度もあまりよくなく、あれ？こんなホテルだったっけ？とがっかりしました。あと、ホテルとは関係ありませんがハワイアンズのプールは裸足ゾーンと下足ゾーンが曖昧で、設備も古く清掃も十分ではなく汚かったです。

8階のお部屋でした。シャワーだけの浴室でしたが、温泉の大浴場が数ヵ所あるので不自由しません。アメニティも揃っています。シャンプーは合わない人もいると思うので、持参したほうがいいかもしれませんね。全体的にとても満足していますが、お布団の収納場所近くにコンセントがあると便利です。

フラダンスのショーが見たく、初めての訪問でした。昼と夜とショーの内容が違い、どちらも30分間に盛沢山、とても美しいショーでした。 スタッフの方にいろいろ質問する機会が多かったのですが、どの方も親切で、土地柄なのか、社員教育が良いのかわかりませんが、とても気持ちよく過ごすことができました。特に帰り際に写真を撮ってもらおうとお願いすると、良いところがあると、走って案内してくれました（私たちは車）、施設や食事など、些細な欠点もありましたが、そんなことより、接客の良さに感動しました。 お風呂はモノリスタワーのお風呂が一番良かったです。

部屋が広くてゆったりと過ごせました。 モノリスタワーはお勧めです。 館内着（兼パジャマ）があるので都度着替えなくて良かったのも楽でした。 別棟での フラガールショー・ファイヤーショーは素晴らしかったです。 お土産物店は遅くまでやっていますが、ショーが終ったらお客さんが殺到するようで会計に時間がかかるようです。ゆっくり品定めするなら早めに買い物を済ませるほうが良いのかも。 露天風呂「江戸情話与市」には身体を洗う所が無いですので浸かるのみ。 プロジェクションマッピングの内容は期待外れかな。 ブッフェの食事内容はとても良かったです。 スタッフも皆さん親切で気持ちよく過ごさせていただきました。 また来たいと思う素晴らしいホテルです。

２つのお風呂が交互に入れ替わるので当日夜と翌日朝であれば両方のお風呂を楽しめます。 両方ともサウナがありますがドライとミストがあります。 このサウナが気持ちよかったです。 うたせ湯の所が半露天なのもよかったです。 息子と2人で長湯しながら色んな話が出来たのはいい思い出になりました。

想像していたよりも宿泊客が多かったことに少し驚きましたが、スタッフの方はとても丁寧に初めての宿泊であった私達に説明をして下さいました。朝晩のビュッフェも種類豊富で良かったです。ただやはり混雑しているのでオムレツなどは順番待ちの列になってしまっていました(許容範囲ですが)。ホテルで貸し出しして貰える部屋着がリゾート気分にさせてくれます。
