夏休み子供達が楽しみにしていた旅行なのに2部屋予約し1部屋はかなりのタバコ臭、頭痛がしてくるほどの臭いでした。 バイキング、、、ドリンク担当のおばさん凄く凄く感じ悪い。子供が少し牛乳をこぼしてしまった位で睨みつけられて、食事が全く美味しく食べれなかった。気分の悪い食事になりました。 夏休みなのでスライダーは混んでいて全く乗れず、よかった事と言えば夜のショー位しかなかった。 高いお金を払って、損した気分の旅行になりました。

娘達とそれぞれの子供の総勢７人で初めての滞在でした。お部屋は10畳＋8畳？の入り口でそれぞれの和室に分かれるタイプで、お布団利用するのですが、小2男子2人と年中女子2人の孫達にはとても新鮮で、まるで修学旅行のようにテンションの上がるもののようでした。お部屋も新しく清潔です。 私達家族が感激したのは、 プールで遊び夜のショーの後半、1番小さい孫がベンチから落ちて、顔を打ってしまい、したたか泣いておりましたところ、スタッフの方が氷とタオルをご用意下さったのですが、その後医務室を探したりして、夕食の会場に着くのが遅くなり、食事の時間が殆ど取れないかとあんじておりましたところ、スタッフの方から連絡が夕食会場に回っており、急がずに食事をして良いとお話を頂きました。食事中急かされる事も無く、全員美味しく食事を済ます事ができました。 スタッフの皆さんに心より感謝致します。 ぜひ又、伺わせて頂きます。

ホテルの棟により距離があるので横方向の移動が大変です。東棟はプールに行くのも食事に行くのも遠いです。 東棟７階はエレベーターを降りるといきなり廊下に２段の階段がありスロープもなく、部屋の前までカートが使えなかったです。使用後にカートはフロントまで返さなければならず、とても面倒なのでカートは最初から使わないほうがいいと思いました。設備がバリアフリーになっていないところが多かったです。 部屋はエアコンが床置きのため、効きかたが均一でなく、エアコン真横のベッドは冷風直撃で寒いです。 部屋の壁がかなり薄く、隣の部屋の会話が何を話してるのかわかるぐらい筒抜けです。隣の部屋の男女が夜中の間ずっと口喧嘩をしていてうるさすぎてほとんど寝られなかったです。食事場所は夕食会場がわかりにくく、もらった紙の館内図やHPの館内図だけでは理解しにくいと思いました。夕食バイキングは地元の名物などがなく、普通の品ぞろえでした。でもローストビーフは美味しかったです。

とてもきれいなホテルで、隣の部屋が人数の多い子供連れだったみたいだけど全く静かで気にならない壁の暑さ。居心地もいい。スパリゾートの施設の利用券もついていて手間がかからないが、これが少しわかりにくい。どこまでホテルのサービスで、どこからスパリゾートの施設なのかが曖昧になる。ただスパリゾート内でもホテルの部屋付で買い物やサービスを受けてチェックアウト時にまとめて生産などもできて便利。聞いてみると利用券はホテルの宿泊とは別なので、チェックアウト後もその日一日はスパリゾートの施設は使えたりするそうだ。まだ回ってない部分などがあったのでチェックアウト後にスパリゾート側の温泉に入ったりできて良かった。このへんの説明がパンフレットや最初の説明でわかりにくかったのがちょっとだけ残念。あと夕食（ビュッフェ）の時間はもうちょっと長めに設定されてると良かった、皆が一斉に来てかなり混むので。でも全体的には満足の楽しい旅になりました。

Bathroom was disgusting and seems not updated since 1975. No shower only hot or cold faucet. Tub not cleaned since early 80’s. Do not recommend. Will never stay here again. $1300 a night a room is a joke. Staff unwilling to take look at the room to verify condition.
