オールインクルーシブの予約だがチェックイン時にその案内がなかった。フロントがあまりにも無愛想で、夜に利用できるハズの庭園バーも案内なし。実はこの旅館お風呂が気にいっての3度目の宿泊だがだんだん料理サービスとも劣化している　嗚呼

岩井屋さんの食事は、美味しい。 料理長の腕がなす業です。 宿自体は、経年劣化で大満足とはゆきませんが、しかしながらとても居心地のよい時間を過ごすことができます。 温泉の湯量は豊富で、24時間入浴が可能で、源泉かけ流しです。 夕朝食は部屋食でなく、お食事処とることになります。 今夜は、日本酒で通しました。 大谷酒造（東伯）鷹勇（純米吟醸）・山根酒造（鳥取市）日置桜（特別純米）・高田酒造（岩美）瑞泉（純米大吟醸）。 前菜は、美しい盛り付けの前菜は、丁寧につくられた艶やかで豪華です。 一口ずつの品々が並びます。 特に黒バイ貝が秀逸でした。 お刺身は、ブリ・ヒラメ・マグロは当然ながら新鮮で美味しい。 特に気に入ったのは、モサ海老でした。 プリプリの食感と、甘エビよりも甘みが強く、甘味と濃厚な旨味な海老でした。 仲居さんからの説明で、漁獲量が少なく、ほとんどが地元で消費されるそうです。 9月から翌年5月、沖合底引き網で水揚げされるそうです。 煮ものは、茄子はお出汁が染み入りています。 里芋もほっくりと炊きあげられています。 五穀まんじゅうに添えられた餡とワサビのハーモニーがよい。 焼ものの、カレイの西京焼きは、西京味噌の風味がほんのり染みて美味く焼いてありました。 付け合わせの焼き栗のスプーンでむしるのに時間を要してしまいました。 温ものの、但馬牛しゃぶしゃぶです。 今年の6月に訪れた隠岐 西ノ島で放牧されていた子牛が成長し但馬地方に移され但馬牛として食卓に上る話を聞きました。 この牛も隠岐で育てられたことを懐かしく思い出しました。 酢のものは、切り蟹です。 丁度、松葉蟹が解禁が許された週ですが、もちろん高価なため松葉蟹ではなく紅ズワイ蟹です。

The flavors and presentation of the kaiseki cuisine were fresh and innovative, and everything I had was delicious. The rice was surprisingly delicious, but since it was made from ``rice from 〇〇 farmer,'' they seem to be particular about where they source their ingredients. The head chef seems to have been listed in the Michelin star, so I was satisfied with the sparkling cuisine. There are only a few guest rooms, so you can relax in the bathroom without getting crowded with customers. We also had the opportunity to use the private bath. There is also a room next to the bath. They had a beaded cushion that would help loosen them up, so I used it. The staff members are well-trained and very pleasant. On the day I returned home, I felt sorry for seeing you off in the rain without an umbrella, and it became a good memory that made me feel grateful. I would definitely like to go again.

If it costs over 70,000 yen per person for one night and two meals, it is a bit out of reach for the common people. In addition, the Matsuba crab exhaustion plan was a price of about 40,000 yen per person at a hot spring inn in Tottori city. Of course, the content will not be the same, but the delicious crab came out. By the way, this three-story wooden Iwaiya has an indoor hot spring that spouts out from its feet. The bath is also small because the inn is not so big. The hot water of "Calcium Sodium Sulfate Spring" is free-flowing from the source. The transparent hot water is not so hot, and the hot water feels moist and you can drink it. The astringent atmosphere around this hot water and the bathtub was quite good. If anything, it's an inn that likes connoisseurs and astringent tastes. I thought that people who don't understand wabi-sabi or who don't care about hot springs may not enjoy staying there. The same is true for us who can not pay 70,000 yen for Matsuba crab, so it may not have been an invitation.

I really liked this hot spring and wanted to stay there once, but I couldn't book a course with dinner alone, so I stayed only for breakfast.
