location could be better but after acquaintance of city spots found it good enough when you know the way towards (rainy days didn’t helped either). service (friendly staff) and amenities good even not having breakfast (water and coffee complementary offer and pool room unexpected but appreciated). city tax less than in other previous cities passed by so didn’t matter as much…

The carpets in the room were dirty, they weren't cleaned or maintained. A dead fly was there when we checked in and was still there after 3 days. Apparently, room cleaning only involves making the bed and changing towels, which is something, at least. Bathroom: The toilet seat was dirty, the toilet was leaking, and the shower was leaking. It was very inconvenient that the soap and shampoo came in bottles with screw caps. Also, there was only one bar of soap for one person, but there were three of us, which isn't very hygienic to share. The folding bed for my daughter was very uncomfortable; the room was big enough to dance in, not to sleep in. The soundproofing was also poor, and we could constantly hear the neighbors. The only positive thing I can highlight is the breakfast, but even that was repetitive.

Good hotel, well located. I booked a larger room, it was indeed big in size but the way furnitures were displayed was not very practical. Not the fault of the hotel and management company itself but with some relocation of furniture rooms would improve. Free coffee all day. Staff very kind and helpful.

The room was very clean

Room service has to be demanded every morning. Smelly sinknand shower had stains. But many towels and soap, also water kettle and instant coffee, was nice. Breakfast really expensive, hard to find breakfast stores nearby.

I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough!! Absolutely stunning rooms, lovely high quality toiletries, super helpful and friendly staff, fantastic location . We loved every single thing about this hotel and will definitely stay here again!!

One of the best Ibis properties I have stayed at, location is extremely convenient with the bus stop being just opposite to the hotel. Room was decent sized and clean. I didn’t eat at their restaurant so cannot comment about the food. Definitely recommended for all travellers!

Hotel design and vibe is very cool, spacious room. rooftop was great hangout place. Wished I brought my suit wear to make use of the pool. I understood its heated.

I'm satisfied with everything, the house is clean, the house is relatively big, the location is okay, and it's relatively quiet.

Very great hotel. We were surprised how big of a room we got for 3 people. They even made the couch bed ready for us when we arrived. Lobby looked really nice and fancy. Room was a bit cold so we asked for an extra heater that they provided. Overall very good stay!
