Our experience was amazing. The staff was amazing the food was lovely. It was close to the bus stop into rhodes and had a small shop beside it. The pool was lovely too. It was very clean and I couldn’t fault anything. Entertainment was good fun and kept us entertained!! We really enjoyed it and we will definitely be back.

I requested a top floor room and away from the lift. On arrival after midnight I was told the hotel was fully booked. We were given a 1st floor room which was actually on the ground floor and next to the lift and busy side door which was the main entrance to lots of rooms. The bed was very comfy and room very basic but clean. Hardly any sleep during our week stay due to noisy inconsiderate holidaymakers scraping furniture at all hours and noise from the hollow corridor. Staff however were very friendly. The food was very good but no choice for vegans apart from salad and fruit but a wider choice for vegetarians. Although in a noisy room, we were grateful to not be at the front of the hotel with the constant noise of traffic and fumes. Apart from the lack of sleep we did enjoy our stay(weather fantastic) but definitely won't be back due to the noise.

Pfuuu. Un all in qui nous oblige à aller dans les restaurants du voins. En plus le all in ne nous permet que deux boissons par jour. C est plus du all in. Désolé.

We've stayed on this ***** of hotels before but Belair stands out for the staff and a very impressive pool area. Honestly can't say a bad word about anyone. From reception to the restaurant manager and a very professional team to the lovely pool girls. Cleaning ladies were excellent and very comfortable beds. Great barstaff led by Elios.

Left the Belair last night after a really lovely week. Hotel was perfect, lovely staff, spotlessly clean and so handy for transport etc. the view from the infinity pool was awesome!! There is a second pool which is very quiet. We originally booked half board but were so happy by the pool and being so well fed that we upgraded to all inclusive. Very competitive waterpolo and pool volleyball kept us amused and the entertainment at night was good craic. The hotel anthem is now on my Spotify playlist!!!!!

I had an incredible experience at this hotel! Mr. George, the manager, was exceptionally helpful and kind with our booking, making the start of our stay seamless and welcoming. The hotel itself was amazing, offering absolutely stunning views that took our breath away 🌅. A special highlight of our trip was Diego, the entertainment guy. He was exceptional, always making us smile and ensuring we had a fantastic time. The pool activities with him were a blast, and his energy and vibe were infectious. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Very rarely do I feel the need to write a TripAdvisor review, but sometimes people need to know what they are getting before they pay out a lot of money, for something that doesn't match the expectations, we have stayed in many four star hotels over the years and I can say with certainty this isn't one. On a whole the hotel was fine, definitely not a four star as advertised, but the room was clean and the food, although basic and not much choice, was tasty and edible. Definitely not to four star standards. I appreciate that the higher the star the more the government can charge for the tourist tax, I worked in Edinburgh for years I know how it works, but be warned it's not the €3 a night we were told at the travel agents, expect to be paying €7 per night when you get there. I will say, this is not the hotels fault. The staff were all friendly and perfectly pleasant, the guy who checked us in in the early hours was lovely, and the bar staff were chatty and funny. All the above would normally, in my mind, be an average review bordering on good, but let's discuss the animation team, as it is this area that let's the hotel down really badly. I have a colleague that stayed in the hotel a couple of weeks before we went, she sent me a message saying 'Tell Diego he is doing a great job' when I challenged her on this, when we were there she said, with a few laughing faces, 'she didn't want to spoil the surprise'. The entertainment was an absolute shambles and often uncomfortable to watch and listen too. Diego and Billy spent far too long on their mobiles and flirting with the female guests to organise anything that could be considered entertainment. On the first day when we came down to the pool Diego came over and introduced himself, little did we know but this was to offer us bingo tickets, only after we had them in our hand were we told that they were €10 each, we tried to make our excuses, but we're told, its ok, you can give it to me later. I have never been to an all inclusive where I have had to pay for my entertainment. We went down that night, having begrudgingly paid our €20, at the very least we were expecting a professional set up, how disappointed we were. It's was an absolute disgrace, numbers being called twice and the pa system making it impossible to make out what was being said. Something Diego said at the pool struck me after the event, when we got the tickets he said, don't worry if your not there, if you win, the prize will be sent to your room, I actually asked my wife if I misheard it, but she said the same, I suspected that some female guest had already won. In the following evenings there was a quiz where we were told to write 1 to 20 on a blank piece of A4, and write down the answers to music being played, when the papers were handed in, they soon asked everyone to come back and get them so we could mark our own, so they couldn't even be bothered to score the quiz. There was a karaoke, where they spent half the time searchi
