"The hotel is brand new. It’s clean, the bed is more than comfortable, the room is spacious and beautiful, the breakfast is delicious, the gym is amazing, the spa was outstanding, the staff were unbelievable, the location is perfect and there is parking. I can’t say enough amazing things because it really was the perfect adult only hotel. But…. And the only but was that we wanted a swim up pool as described on the websites “Heated swim up” with what looks like in the pictures a double bed into the water. It’s not that at all. There is a regular patio with a table and two chairs and a tiny pool with no sun and the water is an ice bath not fit for human beings unless u do cold plunges. We paid double for this room and it was for nothing. Our friends stayed in a regular room facing the pool and paid half the price. There is a noise from the road so I imagine a higher floor on the opposite side is better because it’s sea facing. But other than that everything was 10/10. The pic I have added was the maximum sun the pool gets so maybe the end room gets a bit of sun in the afternoon. But no bed into the pool."

"Thank you to all the team at Nathalie Hotel for a great stay. We arrived on the evening of 22nd June and greeted by a wonderful lady (sorry we never caught your name) that helped get our air con working. All the staff we encountered were so friendly and go above and beyond to help you and give you any local information you require. The hotel itself is very quaint and has an authentic feel. We did not want to go home at the end of our stay and would gladly stay at the Nathalie again. Thank you - Ellie and Callum."

"This is my honest review! Stayed here from 16 June - 23 June 2026. Location – 5/5 I honestly can’t fault the location. The hotel is conveniently close to the airport and within easy reach of Rhodes Old Town, making it a great for exploring the island. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, shops, and supermarkets nearby, and the beach is right on the doorstep. The surrounding area feels safe and public transport links are easily accessible. Atmosphere – 3/5 The atmosphere was mixed. The hotel itself is busy and lively, particularly around the pool area, and there was entertainment available throughout the day and evening. However, it lacked the luxury and relaxing atmosphere I would expect from a five-star hotel. While some guests may enjoy the lively environment, I found it felt more like a standard holiday resort than a premium hotel experience. Rooms – 2/5 Unfortunately, the rooms were one of the biggest disappointments for me. They simply did not feel like five-star accommodation. The bathroom was extremely small and it only had a bath with a shower head. The floor became incredibly slippery after showering, which felt dangerous. Unlike most five-star hotels I’ve stayed in, there were no toiletries provided. The towels were surprisingly small, and the hairdryer was so weak that drying your hair took forever. The television offered very limited entertainment, with only one channel available to watch. The fridge struggled to keep drinks and snacks properly cold. The air conditioning was effective enough but incredibly loud, rumbling throughout the night and making it difficult to sleep. I also found the bedsheets quite rough and itchy, which further impacted comfort. Value for Money – 2/5 Considering I paid over £1,000 for this holiday, I do not feel the hotel offered good value for money. While the location is excellent, many aspects of the hotel fell well below what I would expect from a five-star. Had it been advertised as a three star hotel, my expectations would have been different, but for the price paid, I expected a significantly higher standard throughout. Cleanliness – 3/5 Overall cleanliness was acceptable, and the hotel appeared reasonably well maintained. However, on several occasions it seemed that the beds had simply been remade rather than the linens being changed. While the rooms were generally tidy, attention to detail could certainly be improved. Noise Levels – 2/5 The walls are very thin, meaning you can hear almost everything happening in the corridors and neighbouring rooms. Conversations, doors slamming, and people walking past were all clearly audible, particularly early in the morning and late at night. If you’re a light sleeper, this may be an issue. Service – 3/5 Service was inconsistent. Some members of staff were lovely, friendly, and helpful, while others came across as quite rude and uninterested. I also found communication difficult at times, as some staff members spoke very little English. While I"

"The room perfectly renovated with a perfect view but the temperature with the air conditioning on maximum was between 27 & 29 degrees The mini bar had no cooling at all When I complained they told me it is not a fridge ironically at the reception and after a technician found it it was not fixed until we left The room had a coffee maker as a provision in the price but we were charged at the end for the coffee in a 5 star hotel with an expensive price per night The elevator had no air conditioning and was a gas chamber up to the 17th floor where we were staying The hotel super market charged me an extra 10 minutes the pack of cigarettes I bought because he doesn't give by card as he told me and showed me a handwritten note Generally 70-80s mentality which in no way justifies his charge"

"Superb holiday. We were happy with everything. We stayed in a standard family room which we were very happy with. The main restaurant had an all you can eat buffet for breakfast lunch and dinner and we also had one dinner in the a la Carte Greek included in our all inclusive. There was also a Greek/Italian for Lunch. The animation team made the holiday so much fun- thanks so much Tibi, Eva, Lia Sam and Boogie"

"Booked at the last minute, super service. We were well received and could go straight to our room (even before check-in time). Everything was very clean and hygienic. The room was very spacious, as was the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and nice and big. The breakfast was also very good; there is something for everyone. I would recommend the hotel to everyone!"

Hotel Nathalie ★★★
"Our stay at Nathalie hotel was perfect from start to finish. The hotel is beautiful and exactly what me and my partner were looking for. It is about a 15 minute bus journey from old town Rhodes which was perfect and the hotel is walking distance from a variety of restaurants and supermarkets. The staff were all amazing and so so friendly. I couldn’t fault them at all, they were great and clearly cared a lot about their guests. Our rooms were kept lovely and tidy every day with fresh towels and a made bed. The breakfast buffet was lovely too, it is on the smaller side however had everything you need with a variety of different foods. It was perfect for the size of the hotel and filled us up every day. I honestly couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. I truly felt really sad to leave and it is the sort of place I can see myself returning to again and again."

Belair Beach Hotel ★★★★
"This was my 3rd & last time to stay at the Belair beach hotel , ( the previous holidays here had been amazing)I had booked a Twin room with a seaview & balcony at a cost of £1872 for 10 days, on arrival at 1.10am I was greeted by William on reception who informed me there was a family room (409) available for me & suggested I do not unpack as the hotel would move me to the room I had booked in the morning. The following morning I was given room (447) this was a single room where you had to walk on the outside of the room to get to a very small balcony . I stayed in this room for 2 nights as I was told this is what you paid for. It was so upsetting to be treated this way . I was then moved again to room (401) again a single room (which I had stayed before with sea view & balcony) I went to receptiom & again spoke to reception staff, It was then 2 days before I was leaving they realised what they had done & couldn't stop apologising & offering to upgrade me if I was to come back , my holiday was ruined by this , I met so many nice people including Artemis by the pool bar & the happy dancing staff. As stated earlier the first twice I stayed at the hotel it was great , needless to say why I returned The staff at the pool bars , main bar & restaurant staff & housekeeping staff were absolutely amazing ."

Avra Beach Resort ★★★★
"Short: Great all-inclusive hotel, clean rooms with excellent food. Busy pool but loads of good loungers at the beach. Fabulous entertainment crew. Long: Room is good size, plenty space for family of 4 (plus cot) however severely lacks storage space, especially hooks to hang towels on and a rail outside to hang wet swim gear. A row of 5 hooks along an empty wall would make a huge difference! A full length mirror in the main bedroom area, away from the bathroom would also be appreciated as only mirrors are near the toilet and no natural light! Room was cleaned daily and towels replaced when needed. Even on our last day, they cleaned our room and gave us fresh towels as we had a late check out. You can pay €7 an hour to keep your room if you have a later flight home - it was brilliant and worth the money! Due to layout, I think it would potentially be awkward if travelling with older teens/4x adults as there’s no privacy but this was not an issue for us as our kids very young. I had emailed in advance to request a pram-accessible room, with cot and a kettle. Also requested to be away from main road. We were in a superior garden family room (606) and it was ideal. View looked out to garden at side of the property and borders on to higher buildings beyond but to be honest we kept our curtains closed 95% of the time in order to keep room cool when A/C not on so view did not matter too much for us. The terrace outside included tow chairs and small table. A wall drying rail, that can be seen on the main hotel room balconies would have been ideal! Correspondence with hotel was excellent and answered all my queries. The hotel itself is very nice, the grounds are kept very clean and pool is religiously closed at 6pm for cleaning every evening. We arrived very late at night due to delayed flight and check in was swift, however we felt we lacked information about what was available and where. The pool is a good size and has a very attentive lifeguard majority of the day. There is a distinct lack of sunbeds around the pool, and one side has loads of table/chairs that are quite uncomfortable and stay empty majority of the day. Wish they swapped these out for loungers. Towels out down on loungers and left are removed at 08:15 but even with that, it’s very difficult to get a lounger by the pool. The sun loungers on the beach are far comfier but not ideal when your kid wants to be in the pool all day. Small shallow baby pool and main pool gets to a depth of 1.4m. Beach is gravelly/pebbles so beach shoes a must! Sea is lovely but can get quite choppy depending on wind. We found the food in the main restaurant (buffet) very good. There is a theme every night (Mexican/rhodian/BBQ) alongside amazing salads. As a vegetarian, the salad options were brilliant but I did feel like the main hot food did not cater well to non-meat eaters. If you have fussy eaters, there’s the standard nuggets/chips/plain pasta but I don’t think they particularly cater well for "

"This our second stay at the Lito we came here last may , the staff are amazing and go above and beyond to help Goita, Jana, Efi, Astrit do brilliant and are fluent in several languages, the rooms were cleaned daily always fresh towels lovely housecleaning ladies. We were all inclusive and the food was plentiful lots of choices breakfast omelettes, scrambled eggs, pancakes, salad, 🥗 breads, the list is endless so is lunch & dinner 🥘 we were a bit disappointed with some other guests with 10 plates on their table !!I mean it was easy to keep popping back for more food. At the poolside bar Efi made lovely wraps, sandwiches, fruit & cake also hot snacks and Astrit made lovely cocktails 🍹 in the evening their was entertainment on 3 times a week and the owners Lita, her husband and son live in the hotel it is very family oriented, but if you want luxury there are more expensive hotels in ixia don’t look at the negative reviews as some people pay for 3 star ⭐️ and expect 5 star ⭐️ we booked to go to Symi & lindos the beach is across the road and there are plenty of shops & bars so plenty for everyone 🤗"

"We recently changed our travel plans and stumbled upon this absolute gem of a hotel. While we initially based our decision on online reviews & photos, I can honestly say this place exceeded every expectation. It is, hands down, a top-notch choice for a Rhodes vacation. Offering us a lovely clean, spacious room with great views day and night. Service & Hospitality The hospitality started before we even stepped foot on the property. Knowing we had a late arrival, we called ahead, and the team arranged a late dinner plate for us so we wouldn’t go hungry... a perfect first impression! Throughout our stay, every member of staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. Nothing was ever too much trouble. The Team A huge part of what makes this hotel special is the people: 1) Leslie: The absolute life and soul of the resort. He is a superstar who goes above and beyond every single day to keep everyone in the holiday mood. I’ve never seen energy like it! He’s like Red Bull on steroids! Get ready to dance, sing, karaoke, joke, and laugh! A lot of laughs! 2) Giorgos & Mikes: The legends behind the bar. Always greeting all guests with smiles, quick service, friendly conversation, and making sure our glasses were never empty. 3) Panagiotis & the other manager (sorry I didn't grab your name... But you won't mistake him, always dressed to impress): true "top men." It’s rare to find such hands-on managers these days. They were fully involved in the day-to-day operations, constantly catching up with us, chatting with guests and ensuring everyone was well-cared for. Total respect. Additionally, they are a fountain of local knowledge and really helped our self drive trip to Lindos. 4) All the other staff who made our stay perfect who I've not mentioned. Facilities & Food The food is dangerous! In the very best way possible! It is plentiful, varied, and so delicious that even if you don't think you need three meals a day, you’ll find yourself showing up for every single one. The staff work tirelessly to keep the buffet topped up and the tables cleared, all while maintaining a friendly atmosphere. The complex features two amazing pools, lots of sunbeds, and while the pool bar wasn't open yet during our early April stay, the main bar filled the gap perfectly. For those looking for a pamper, the spa is both professional and friendly, we absolutely loved our time there. If you’re feeling guilty about the buffet, there's also is a decent hotel gym with dumbbells, benches, a dual rack, and a couple of cardio machines that was never crowded. Location The location is ideal. We enjoyed the 40–60 minute walk into Rhodes Old Town along the gorgeous coastal path - there's also a taxi rank right outside the hotel for a six min trip. For a change of pace, I highly recommend hiring a car and making the easy drive to Lindos. Overall, this stay was exactly what we needed. Between the incredible views, the tireless work ethic of the staff, and the infectious en"

"What a fabulous find! First the owner, Dimitris - what a kind and generous host, offers help before you even ask, complimentary drinks in the fridge, the apartments (recently refurbished and done up) are wonderful, good quality facilities and finishes. And location is perfect: 1 minute walk from a large supermarket, bus stop (serves Rhodes and the airport), and 1 minute from the beach! Restaurants and bars. Dimitris also rents out cars, and having checked and compared - you will not find a better deal, and a more decent person to hire from! Speak to him in person, any length hire.."
