I had an incredible experience at this hotel! Mr. George, the manager, was exceptionally helpful and kind with our booking, making the start of our stay seamless and welcoming. The hotel itself was amazing, offering absolutely stunning views that took our breath away 🌅. A special highlight of our trip was Diego, the entertainment guy. He was exceptional, always making us smile and ensuring we had a fantastic time. The pool activities with him were a blast, and his energy and vibe were infectious. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Very rarely do I feel the need to write a TripAdvisor review, but sometimes people need to know what they are getting before they pay out a lot of money, for something that doesn't match the expectations, we have stayed in many four star hotels over the years and I can say with certainty this isn't one. On a whole the hotel was fine, definitely not a four star as advertised, but the room was clean and the food, although basic and not much choice, was tasty and edible. Definitely not to four star standards. I appreciate that the higher the star the more the government can charge for the tourist tax, I worked in Edinburgh for years I know how it works, but be warned it's not the €3 a night we were told at the travel agents, expect to be paying €7 per night when you get there. I will say, this is not the hotels fault. The staff were all friendly and perfectly pleasant, the guy who checked us in in the early hours was lovely, and the bar staff were chatty and funny. All the above would normally, in my mind, be an average review bordering on good, but let's discuss the animation team, as it is this area that let's the hotel down really badly. I have a colleague that stayed in the hotel a couple of weeks before we went, she sent me a message saying 'Tell Diego he is doing a great job' when I challenged her on this, when we were there she said, with a few laughing faces, 'she didn't want to spoil the surprise'. The entertainment was an absolute shambles and often uncomfortable to watch and listen too. Diego and Billy spent far too long on their mobiles and flirting with the female guests to organise anything that could be considered entertainment. On the first day when we came down to the pool Diego came over and introduced himself, little did we know but this was to offer us bingo tickets, only after we had them in our hand were we told that they were €10 each, we tried to make our excuses, but we're told, its ok, you can give it to me later. I have never been to an all inclusive where I have had to pay for my entertainment. We went down that night, having begrudgingly paid our €20, at the very least we were expecting a professional set up, how disappointed we were. It's was an absolute disgrace, numbers being called twice and the pa system making it impossible to make out what was being said. Something Diego said at the pool struck me after the event, when we got the tickets he said, don't worry if your not there, if you win, the prize will be sent to your room, I actually asked my wife if I misheard it, but she said the same, I suspected that some female guest had already won. In the following evenings there was a quiz where we were told to write 1 to 20 on a blank piece of A4, and write down the answers to music being played, when the papers were handed in, they soon asked everyone to come back and get them so we could mark our own, so they couldn't even be bothered to score the quiz. There was a karaoke, where they spent half the time searchi

I had a fantastic time at this resort. I enjoyed the view, especially the stunning beach and sunset 🌅. The swimming pool area was outstanding, offering both relaxation and fun. The entertainment team was lovely, and Diego’s pool activities were the best. Every night, we had different activities, such as karaoke and quizzes, which were very funny and made for an amazing time.

We chose this hotel based on positive reviews and checked in here in the early hours of 12 May. We had made a request several weeks prior to departing to have rooms next to our friends we were travelling with and a higher floor room only to find that we were in separate floors and one on a low floor much to our dismay. Fortunately the check in staff managed to find us a room on a higher floor. We were presented with hotel information which was basically a list of rules to abide by in the hotel which were somewhat insulting. The room itself was spotlessly clean and the bedroom area was pleasant and modern. There was a plate of cold food in the fridge and two bottles of water on arrival. Sadly the bathroom was very tired and dated and in need of a refurb. The hotel was stiflingly hot and we were informed that there was no air conditioning until 1 June. The only way to cool the room was to wedge the main door open and have the balcony door open to create a breeze. Fortunately during our stay the air conditioning was switched on which made the room cooler and didn’t mean we had to sit in a wind tunnel to be comfortable. Our initial thoughts of the hotel were fairly positive but this was soon to change. During the course of the week we all began to suffer from sickness and upset stomachs. This resulted in some of us missing three days of our holiday where we were too unwell to leave the room. We reported this to reception as we knew from speaking to other guests that we weren’t the only ones suffering. The hotel receptionist could not have been less interested and told me there was no way that this was due to the hotel food despite the fact other guests were complaining of the same symptoms and we had only consumed food from the hotel during our stay. The arrogance and attitude was appalling and the hotel should have taken our concerns more seriously. We were not given any recourse to share our concerns with anyone. The hotel management are very quick to respond on here to say that the food was kept warm to regulation standards but at no point did we see anyone checking the temperature of the food and food was left sitting in the Bain Marie for long periods of time. Also, the serving spoons for the food were not changed during any of the meals we sat through. The only truly hot option was the pizza which you could time coming out of the pizza oven. For a four star resort the food offering was very basic and poor. There were only around 15 different dishes offered and all kept warm for the duration of meal service. There were no fresh eggs at breakfast, no cooking stations other than the pizza and all food arrived luke warm covered in cling film from the kitchen to sit out until guests ate it. You could even see where previous meals had been recycled throughout the day… cold meatballs at lunch reheated in a tomato sauce in the evening, for example. We ended up travelling to a supermarket to purchase food for the last few days as

The hotel is lovely and very chilled. The entertainment team are amazing. Diego and Billy put a lot of effort in to include everyone in the water aerobics and the night time shows. Diego and billy make the night times fly by with such good entertainment from karaoke to quiz nights. Would definitely recommend coming to this hotel.

Hotel Rating Based on my recent experience, I do not believe this hotel qualifies as a 4-star hotel. The quality of the rooms, food, service, and pool area was extremely basic. With my extensive travel experience, I would rate this hotel as a 2-star. It was my friend's birthday, and I had arranged for her room to be decorated and a cake to be provided, both of which were very poorly executed. Additionally, there were no water bottles provided in the room, which was surprising given the hot weather. They also do not provide an iron and ironing board; instead, you have to use their laundry service, which I ended up having to do. On our last day, our flight was scheduled for late at night, and the checkout time was 11 am. We requested an extension until 8 pm but were only allowed to extend until 6 pm, for which we were charged 50€. In my experience with 5-star hotels, extensions are often complimentary, so this was disappointing. Staff The staff were helpful, friendly, and generally made our stay easier. However, when we requested fresh towels, we were told we couldn't have any until the next day, which was quite shocking. On the positive side, we were given different rooms on day two, as my friend and I wanted to be on the same floor, and the staff accommodated this request swiftly. Food I was extremely disappointed with the food. It was of such poor quality that I mostly ended up eating roll bread with hummus. Everything else was disgusting, and the overall quality was awful. Although this was supposed to be an all-inclusive holiday, we ended up eating out of the hotel frequently. Drinks were limited, for example, I wanted coffee at lunch time but they only had cold drinks, and again they were limited. Location The beach was a few minutes' walk away, and there were a few shops nearby, but not enough. We visited the old and new city of Rhodes via a shuttle bus that stopped right outside the hotel, which cost us 8€. Most hotels offer free shuttle services, so this was another letdown. Overall Overall, I do not think I will ever return to this hotel. It is not a 4-star hotel but more accurately a 2-star.

Hotel is very clean and tidy! Entertainment are very friendly and always make sure you’re happy. We had the most fun playing water polo in the afternoon and seeing everyone participating in karaoke in the night entertainment. Diego always saying good morning to us and chatting with us, he always put the most into the entertainment!

Nice hotel, Diego and Billy work hard as the entertainment team just need to fine tune their quizzes 😆 Meals are a mostly good, if a little basic at times, snack food consists of the same food in the restaurant. Snack and drinks staff are helpful and friendly, soon get to know your drink preferences. Don’t think I’d go back to the hotel as it only has a couple of shops and restaurants around, more being located about 10/15 minutes walk away. Bus stop outside hotel with plenty of buses to Rhodes town, which is lovely plenty to see and do there. Trip was spoilt by door smokers around the pool area, especially as little children were around. Lots of different nationalities, with the majority being German or English, with a mixture of ages.
