The room was perfectly renovated with a perfect view but its temperature with the air conditioning at the maximum was between 27 & 29 degrees The mini bar had no cooling When I complained they told me it was not a refrigerator ironically in the reception and after it found it Technical not corrected until we left The room was as a supply to the coffee shop but we were paid at the end of the coffee in a 5-star hotel with a price-high price at night The elevator had no air conditioning and was a gas chamber up to the 17th floor which we stayed The supermarket of the hotel cost me an extra 10 minutes the cigarette package I bought because it does not give me a card as he told me and showed me a handwritten note General culture of the decade 70-80s which in no way justifies the Category 1

Our stay at Villa Di Mare was an unforgettable experience, truly the highlight of our visits to Rhodes. The service at Villa Di Mare is exceptional. From the moment we arrived, Zoe, the supervisor, made sure every detail of our stay was perfect. Her professionalism and warmth set the tone for our entire visit. Nothing was too much trouble, and she always greeted us with a smile, making us feel like VIPs throughout our stay. A special mention must go to Ntina, the award-winning bartender. Her cocktails are nothing short of world-class. Each drink is a masterpiece, crafted with precision and creativity. It’s clear why she has earned accolades – her passion for mixology shines through in every sip. The cocktails were not just beverages but experiences in themselves, adding a touch of magic to our evenings. We spent 3 nights at the Belair Hotel with breakfast included. On the first night we received a small room of 10-12 m2 with a sea view, even though I had booked a room of 22 m2 (standard room on Trip.com). The next day, the reception without any problems suggested changing the room to a larger one. The rooms are quite modernly decorated in a holiday style with a fridge, a kettle and a hairdryer in the bathroom. The hotel has 2 swimming pools. In July at 10 there were no more free sun loungers. Instead of going to the swimming pool, I recommend going to the beach for the whole day - the best one is 30 m from the hotel (next to the Rhodes Palace hotel - an underground passage right next to the Rhodes Palace sign). We were offered to change towels once every two days. During the season, the hotel offers evening attractions in front of the hotel bar right next to a busy street. There are two supermarkets under the hotel where you can buy from food to souvenirs. Breakfast was good, not much choice and quite monotonous. The service from the cleaners to the reception desk is nice and communicates in English. There are bus stops in front of the hotel, with buses taking you to/from the airport and the center of Rhodes. Tickets must be purchased at the supermarket next to the hotel. Despite a few inconveniences, I rate the hotel a strong 4/5.

Just returned from a week here, me, husband, 2 teens and our 70 year old mums! We booked 2 superior rooms with sea view, this is the only fault I could find with the entire hotel. I would say our “superior” rooms should be standard for a 4 star hotel. The sea view was ok it just overlooked the grubby tennis court, both showers flooded the floors, there isn’t enough storage space and they were just a bit tired. (FYI we had rooms 138 and 140) It’s a shame they haven’t invested in the rooms because the rest of the hotel, the food, drinks, location, entertainment were perfect. Spiros and the animation team were fab, there is so much to join in with but they weren’t overly pushy if you didn’t want to. We had the best week exploring beautiful Rhodes, the old town is 10 mins away by bus or taxi, we took a private tour to Lindos and went to the waterpark at Faliraki. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. We look forward to visiting again soon!
