Amazing resort all staff super helpful and amazing 👏 Daniela. Benito. Christopher Pillows beds super comfy. 2 weeks there sis bday. Ate all food never got sick like some.ppl complained. Got.health inspection involved please I saw what u ate and drank and too much sun. I will come back

recently stayed at Sunscape, Ixtapa. Everything was exceptional. Our room had perfect ocean view. The hotel staff went way above and beyond to make our stay special. Bryan and Zenan and Renee at the door front were awesome. Always friendly, always willing to arrange our cabs to go wherever we wanted and helped verify the cab fares. Always greeted us when us when we returned and asked how our excursion, dinner, tour etc was. Always made us feel safe when we needed to get a cab. Paola, room director was awesome. Made our stay very welcoming. Remembered us from a previous visit. Upon check in, we were given two rooms with double beds, we requested 2 rooms with king beds.... she immediately rectified that. We were given a room with a beautiful ocean view. she was vey accommodating. Christofer at the Concierge. Couldnt of been better! Always helped us making dinner reservations off the resort. He would get us a copy of the menu from a particular restaurant or make suggestions. He helped make Spa reservations. everyday asking if he could help us with anything. everyday had a smile on his face. We told him we had two birthdays with us. For one bday, surprised my mom with a cake poolside! for my husband, surprised with a cake for breakfast (it was our last day and we were leaving early) He and Paola had champagne in the rooms for the birthday persons. They made our stay very special and made us feel welcome and important. Daniela, alicia and Juana in the restaurant were great. Everyday had a smile and warm greeting. Alicia and juana would always remember my iced tea everymorning. ... and would make a fresh batch for me and refill my large travel cup for the day. Daniela always greeted us by name. went out of her way to say hello when she would see us. Raul the general manager was great as well. Always making sure we had everything we needed. Sunscape ixtapa went way well and above to make our trip memorable. We had alot of laughs with the staff! Definitley will return ! gina Chicago

I loved this resort and my birthday was wonderful ❤️. Te service sis and I received from Benito was 10 star*********. Please let Benito work 2 to 3 days as we all were lucky to have met him. I adored his smiles and warmth. Benito had flowers for us and drinks ahead of us ordering them. We're was fruit and bacon 🥓 as we sipped our Brandy and champagne followed by green juice and cappuccino. Christopher the concierge upgraded us and made sure we were happy. Everyone at resort was fabulous 👌. Massage on beach the best and 400 pesos. Stores and restaurants across were fun. My favorite was Italian restaurant at resort 😋.
