"Resort is off the main area of Ixtapa - to get around you'll need a car. The unit had good air conditioning. There are personnel at the reception 24 hours. It's on a golf course, so quiet except for one night when there was a very loud party nearby that went onto until one or two am. They clean & restock towels daily, but the kitchen only has basic kitchenware. We had to buy our own paper towels, soap & scrub sponge. "

"We could not sleep because of the bar and disco music coming from next bars that went until 3 or 4 am every night. We tried to cancel our room and they wouldn't let us cancel. The manager did move us to a smaller different room which did not look over the bars. It was a little quieter but not much. The rooma were very clean but we do not recommend this hotel unless you want to party. The balcony chair was broken and could not be used. The pool was very small and there were no lounge chairs."
