‼️ DO NOT STAY HERE ‼️ Literally the worst! The food is almost inedible I don’t think I had a full meal the entire 5 nights we stayed there. There are these party buses that park up right by the hotel that go from 7p-1a blasting music. Then having construction start at 7-8 in the morning with banging and drills don’t expect to get good sleep here. This place is overpacked with a bunch of families that don’t watch their kids. We tried to switch rooms and complain all they did was shrug their shoulders and said not my problem. So if you want a nice, relaxing, good eat resort THIS IS NOT IT ‼️

Las habitaciones son bonitas, en general el personal es muy amable, las albercas están bien y las actividades para los niños son buenas. La entrada a la playa está súper bien y me gustó que promuevan el cuidado del medio ambiente. Sin embargo, le hace falta un mantenimiento detallado, había moho en una esquina del baño y los baños de las piscinas están muy descuidados. Solo había 3 baños para toda la gente en las albercas lo cual es muy poco. Para entregarnos la habitación tardaron demasiado aún cuando llegamos a las 8 am.

This ocassion I was tterrible dissapointed, I notice that the Hotel did not care about customers anymore, Just MONEY MONEY FOR EVERYTHING.
I rented Oceanview in the app, and when I arrived the charge extra for Oceanview, the room was no clean the floor were full of constuction dust, The room beside us was in construccione making contanst noise, and the staff was no friendly sometimes. pool were oversaturated, they look extreme full, Staff at the restaurant were rude. They did not have not sugar drinks, and I think it is the last time I stay here.

Bed was pretty good Could have used a couple more pillows. The food ok. It's irritating when you stand in line for a beer for 15.20 minutes and people with a black bracelet just walks right up and gets served. After check out we wanted to sit in the lobby for an hour. Because of the noise ( bus loads of people leaving, music blaring out front and a chick on a mega phone, which must be part of their promotion geared towards the tours they're bringing in, we ended up just leaving and stood around in the airport. It was our 5th visit and we don't think we'll be back.
