Me encantan las instalaciones, están increíbles, los empelados muy atentos y con ganas de apoyar, muy limpio, muy rica la comida. Lo que no me agradó es que llegué 1 hora antes, después de un largo viaje de 6 .5 horas de carretera y no me permitieron el acceso, sino hasta la 1:30 p.m. y solo si pagaba una cantidad pa mi gusto un poco exagerada, me permitían el acceso. Pudieran dejarnos entrar sin que te den alimentos, pero no fue así, por medidas de seguridad la alberca se cierra a las 6:30 pm, entonces es ilógico que no den acceso, viniendo de lugares lejanos y llegando cansados.

My stay at Azul Grand was just what I needed-a relaxing time in warm weather where I could hear and see the ocean all the time. The staff, to a person, were among the most friendly and helpful I have encountered in my travels. The rooms are large but bare bones, but the incredible deck overlooking the Pacific are a big plus.
I was disappointed in the food and the limited reservation options at the restaurants other than the buffet-which was abundant but only ok. I was surprised they didn’t have a manicurist at the spa. The beach area was small and rocky.
This is definitely a family oriented resort, so if you are looking for a more adult experience this would not be for you. There is an adult only pool.

Buenas tardes en si hoy voy saliendo del Azul Ixtapa Grand tuve dos experiencias la primera que Noe entregaron las habitaciones hasta las 4 de la tarde es perder tiempo y otra qué es la más Importante sacaron a mi sobrino de los jacuzzi según porque no era adulto mayor aclaro traía su brasalete de mayor de edad pero lo sacaron por había pero as extranjeras en los jacuzzi fue ese el motivo bastante desagradable nos llevamos mala experiencia......

Buen viaje y buenos servicios, las habitaciones bastante lindas y limpias, recomendaría que varíen y mejoran la comida del restaurante Acquq ya que por lo general es poco variada entre comidas. Un hotel que se preocupa por nuestros perritos, atención de primera para ellos y con el equipo necesario, Agradezco la atención en especial de Alberto Bernal, que cuidó y atendió a mi cachorra.
