Estuve del 2 al 6 de enero, en general la instalaciones son adecuadas para el tipo de hotel acordé a sus estrellas, la alberca es de agua fría, no muy recomendable en ésta temporada; iba con mi esposa y dos hijos, sólo nos dieron 2 toallas a pesar que en dos ocasiones solicité 2 más; el estacionamiento sólo tiene 6 cajones funcionales, están marcados 4 atrás pero el espacio es insuficiente para estacionar los 2 centrales, hay que dejar el auto afuera; el restaurante cierra a las 12 del día, deberían tener por lo menos 1 máquina de refrescos ya que no hay ninguna tienda cerca, el Oxxo más cercano está a 10 minutos en auto. La zona es tranquila, sin ruido, el personal agradable.

el hotel está en muy buenas condiciones, todo sirve perfecto, aire, agua caliente, etc. Obvio está lejos de la playa como para caminar y el restaurante se saturó y fue imposible desayunar. Cómo siempre digo, ya sabes la cantidad de gente que vas a tener por tus reservas, prepárate.

Second time staying here, this time it wasn't as pleasant as the first time. It was raining this time and water was coming through the walls and pooling inside the room, front desk wasn't interested in the fact, also one thing that really bothers me is that they only leave 2 towels per room regardless of how many are staying, for us we were 2 adults and 2 kids and front desk suggested kids reuse the adults towels.
I would stay there again but I really hope management actually reads these reviews and pays attention to guest complaints.
