Bonito hotel, habitaciones limpias, pero la atencion del personal es muy nefasta e impersonal, no nos dejaron hacer uso de areas verdes o piscina hasta que nos entregaran habitacion (3:00pm) el restaurant dice abrir a las 9:00am pero nos atendieron a las 9:30 y de mal modo, en un paquete de desayuno no nos quisieron cambiar chilaquiles verdes por rojos , que ridiculo, por solicitar una cobija extra nos cobraban $100 mas, te revisan la habitacion como si fueras ratero, falta fumigacion salimos con ronchas por mosquitos o chinche.

Easy walking distance to Ixtapa centro, where there are dozens of restaurants, bars, shops. Public beach access is an easy walk. Room and grounds were kept clean, pools were super nice. Our room was dated, but clean. Limited kitchen equipment, but fine for simple meals. I gave it 4 stars for the price point, the grounds and the staff. It's walled and gated with security roaming all the time.

20 years ago, this property would have been spectacular. However, today is is very run down. Our unit had sewer smells each morning, the power plugs didn’t work, many light switches were broken, the safe didn’t work and our towels were frayed and worn. Worst part, we had pre-paid and couldn’t change or leave early. Will never go back!!!!!!

Se localiza a una cuadra de la zona comercial y a diez minutos caminando de la playa.
El servicio del restaurant es bueno, pero podrían mejor**** los tiempos de atención teniendo más personal.
Aún así es un lugar bastante recomendable.

Pesimo hotel. Muy descuidado y sin fumigacion. La habitacion tenia un hormiguero enorme dentro !!! Los equipos de aire acondicionado muy viejos y sin mantenimiento. Una verdadera estafa este hotel. De los peores que he visitado. De plano la primer noche tuvimos que irnos a otro hotel. La señora Gerente no resuelve y lo unico que ofrecio fue un desayuno continental gratis por los inconvenientes. Yo le daria una categoria de 1 estrella !!

Lo que oferto ******* no van de acuerdo a las políticas del hotel, si bien me dieron un itinerario, resultó que no respetaron ese itinerario, fueron tres habitaciones y no sabían que tenían reserva, por lo que no estaban listas las habitaciones, chequen bien la información del hotel con la información que tienen ustedes! No fue buena experiencia.

Location was great, the grounds were nice. Main pools were also great! Just needs a bit more attention to detail. Wifi was spotty at best, hot tub empty and hasn’t worked in quite a while. Rooms were big, but could use updating. Two burner cooktop was nice. Great location though!

Puerta Del Mar is quiet and the grounds are lovely. The staff is friendly and every thing is clean and well kept.
