Excellent service, the only details, the room is very small, the TV too and there is no elevator not even for the suitcases, there are many stairs, a lot of noise but it is because of the location that it is excellent, super central. For the price it seems more than fair to me.

It doesn't have a pool.
Just a splash pad.

The hot water didn't work.
They had to change my room.

The installations are average, the mattress sinks a lot and they restrict the air conditioning temperature to 22 degrees.

We could not sleep because of the bar and disco music coming from next bars that went until 3 or 4 am every night. We tried to cancel our room and they wouldn't let us cancel. The manager did move us to a smaller different room which did not look over the bars. It was a little quieter but not much. The rooma were very clean but we do not recommend this hotel unless you want to party. The balcony chair was broken and could not be used. The pool was very small and there were no lounge chairs.

It was frustrating that there was no elevator service, since the people who stayed were over 80 years old with great difficulty climbing stairs, without being given an alternative to solve the problem.
