This resort is in need of major repairs outside and inside the unit we stayed in. The tiny kitchen was less than adequate and was missing basic kitchen utensils and equipment. The room lamps did not work as well as other things. The towels are like sand paper as well as the bed sheets. You do not want to stay at this resort. The only positives were the service from bell boy Alberto and the AC did work in the room.

Hola soy Anuar. El Hotel me gustó mucho por que esta grande, limpio y con muy buen servicio. Las Habitaciónes están muy cómodas y grandes. Fue un viaje en Familia y la pasamos muy padre por que además el personal del hotel es muy amable. Tiene gimnasio y un restaurante muy rico. Recomiendo ampliamente.

Excelente opción de hospedaje, excelente servicio y atención por parte del personal además de amables. El hotel cuenta con todos los servicios y seguridad sanitaria. Tiene espacios para todo tipo de entretenimiento, las albercas son excelentes y muy limpias, además el hotel tiene un ambiente increíble todo el tiempo.

Excelente servicio y atención por medio de todo el personal. El hotel esta limpio y cuenta con todas las medidas de sanidad. Las albercas muy limpias y sus habitaciones muy confortables. Los precios son muy accesibles. Definitivamente una excelente opción para visitar Ixtapa.

Me dieron una habitación cuyas puertas de terraza no cerraban bien, a la mañana siguiente tenía al menos 30 piquetes en cada pierna, llamé al Corporativo en México para que fumigaran. Me dijeron que no encontraron chinches pero muchos mosquitos y no se supone que un hotel esté lleno de mosquitos. Pedí cambio de habitación porque la terraza quedaba abierta y me obligaron a regresar al hotel a medio día o de otro modo no me cambiaban. Finalmente tuve que pedirles que también fumigaran la nueva habitación porque no lo hicieron. En fin ... accedieron a todo lo que les pedí porque evidentemente es un problema grave y porque hablé al Corporativo pero la experiencia fué fatal.

El hotel es muy viejo las habitaciones cuentan con aire acondicionado, refrigerador pero son sumamente ruidosas, el refrigerador, el aire y el ventilador suenan como matracas,las lamparas no prenden, las habitaciones huelen a viejo todo el tiempo, los colchones son duros y muy viejos nunca hay agua caliente en la regadera, solo te ponen dos toallas, la atencion es pesima y nunca te resulven un problema de inmediato. Para que salga agua tibia tiene que pasar 30mim con la llave abierta segun los de mantenimiento, un desperdicio de agua. Adjunto fotos del conchon, para que nunca se queden en ese hotel! Esta lleno de moscos y yo no volveria ni aunque me lo regalaran! La peor experiencia de mi vida es en ese lugar.No lo recomiendo.
