Me encanta visitar Pacifica. Antes todos los empleados eran un poco mas amables, saludaban, etc. No con esto estoy diciendo que no lo hayan hecho. Pero si sentí mucha apatía de algunos empleados que ya llevan años trabajando. Es importante que los motiven y que sigan saludando cordialmente en todos lados a los socios. Quiero felicitar al área de restaurante de Tulipanes. Los alimentos de excelente calidad, buen sazón, variados, riquísimos todos los días. El Faro ha bajado mucho su calidad; el pescado sin sabor y pagamos un TODO INCLUIDO y me cobraron un café capuchino (se me hizo de muy mal gusto). Todo lo demás bien : )

El resort es fabuloso. Nuestra Suit Master View era amplísima y preciosa. Además siempre se mantuvo limpia. El personal siempre atento y sonriente. Durante nuestra estancia gozamos de All Inclusive y todos los restaurantes Buganvilias, el Faro y Tulipanes hermosos, con excelente servicio y los alimentos deliciosos, con excepción de Solárium, el concepto de Grill completamente abierto, en mi opinión y la de mi familia , no favorece a los alimentos, las carnes se enfrían rápidamente, y al recalent**** al grill se secan y endurecen, los postres también se resecan. Nos hicieron al momento pulpo y camarones, pero todas coincidimos en que les faltaba sabor. El servicio de bar y snack, excelente, aunque los refrescos de máquina con el calor se diluyen en minutos y pierden el gas, tal vez sería mejor si sirvieran refrescos de lata.

Muy rica y variada la comida, las actividades, entretenimientos, muy divertidos y agradables. Excelente atención y servicio de todo el personal, las instalaciones estuvieron muy bien, pero siempre es mucho mejor el trato de su personal. La habitación muy amplia y cómoda

Mala experiencia de servicio, llegas y no tienen lista tu habitación, es fastidioso estar esperando el transporte para ir de un lugar a otro, bufete bastante limitado, comida regular, por momentos es aburrido ya que no tienen muchas actividades

Muy riesgoso el cambio de toallas y sabanas cada 4 dias por lo menos las toallas deben ser diarias el champu y jabon muy limitado y la zona del edificio muy deteriorado y sin mantenimiento regaderas y puertas alimentos lo mismo todos los dias y muy variedad. En entretenimiento la cena cambiaba de lugar todos los dias y no acorde al precio q se paga deben poner mas atencion a elevar su calidad en todo y supervisar sobre todo la limpieza de las habitaciones no vi ninguna supervision como hace unos años ya habia comentado este sentir hace años espero alguna mejora para la proxima visita tambien algo muy desagradable es ver los huespedes fumando en la playa y a la entrada de su restahurant mas prestigiado el faro una mujer embarazada con una niña pequeña de verdad muy desagradable

Muy buena la comida, las toallas, sábanas muy limpias. Nuestra suite tenía alberca chiquita y diario le daban mantenimiento. Solo el aseo lo hacían tarde. Todos muy atentos, aunque siempre hay un frijol en el arroz, como en todo, solo hubo un mesero demasiado serio, pero atendía bien. Los snaks muy, muy bien. Come uno como desesperado, muy bastos.

La habitación contaba con todos nuestros requerimientos especiales. Siempre estuvo limpia y acogedora, con una vista espectacular a la bahía. El salvavidas Miguel súper nos ayudó y canalizó con la enfermera por pisar accidentalmente un tronco, al instante! Los meseros de la playa, muy atentos. El clima, hermoso! Gracias pacífica por dejar otro año de buenos recuerdos y experiencias.
