I stayed at this hotel for a business trip and the hotel is nothing about business and all about fun, meaning very very loud obnoxious music when one needs to work on the phone and concentrate on work. Had this been a pleasure trip, I would have rated this better but if you are in Ixtapa on business and read this, do not stay here as not only will you find it hard to work but the non-stop party atmosphere is anticlimactic.
Cleanliness?? Hmmm so so…
Again, if I were on holiday, maybe I would let pass things that I expect them to work when I am working.
The area is just so beautiful all around that it helps the hotel to manage along.

El hotel es pequeño, pero está en excelentes condiciones, la alberca es muy grande y el.tobogan es muy divertido. Los alimentos son muy ricos y los restaurantes de especialidades son excelentes, podría sugerir más variedad en los restaurantes buffet. El servicio es excepcional, todo el personal muy capacitado y super amable. Las habitaciones son sencillas pero cómodas. Ampliamente lo recomiendo.

Travelers be wary. We got the all inclusive option, but it’s not what it seems. They will nickel and dime you at every turn, even if you’ve bought in to their all inclusive option.
We needed some extra water and they charged us for more water bottles that you bring up to your room. At dinner we were watching the SuperBowl in one of the restaurants. The food was free but canned beer was not included. Another example of this was when we checking out. We were missing an electronic key for pool towels, and they wanted to charge is $37US for this missing plastic key. (600 pesos). Thankfully, ended up finding the missing key in my mom’s purse.
The food was okay to good tasting. Service in the restaurants was good. Works were stay here again? Probably not. They didn’t seem to care about new travelers becoming loyal customers.
Many workers do not speak fluent English. If you only speak English then you may have a difficult time having a conversation with some staff.

Rooms were comfortable, pool was fantastic and relaxing. Family oriented. Beach chairs were provided and were relaxing and comfortable. They have daily activities at the pool that are fun and daily shows with music and dancing that we didn’t get a chance to attend. Food was ok. We only had the breakfast and the hamburger station though. My family told me the ceviche was very good. Also felt very safe at the resort. All in all id rate my stay 4/5.

Las habitaciones del hotel limpias y todo funcionando a la perfección, la comida rica. El restaurante de especialidades mexicano, deliciosa la comida y la atención de primera. Había bastante vigilancia y me sentía segura de dejar mis pertenencias e ir a nadar sin preocuparme. Fuimos a una boda y el acomodo y logística del evento fabuloso!!

Muy buen servicio en el hotel, Ignacio y el equipo de entretenimiento muy divertido, disfrutamos mucho el show, la comida muy rica, sobre todo el restaurante italiano y los tacos al pastor definitivamente una excelente opción para vacacionar.

Excelente estancia en este hotel, el trato es muy bueno desde el personal de recepción, el personal de los restaurantes de especialidades (Anahí), el de los bares (Lorenzo y Xavier) y del equipo Animación (Fernando), recomiendo este hotel y gracias a todo el personal por hacernos pasar una estancia muy agradable
