Very helpful application

The service was excellent. We had a problem upon arrival as we could not communicate and find our ways to the hotel and the Manager of the hotel Mr Sadat was nice enough to pick us up using his own car to get to his hotel. The breakfast served was excellent with wide variety.

Service was great except they gave me a smaller room to what I bought for my first night. Located near Basmane station, restaurants and shops . Can experience Turkish lifestyle in the area. Breakfast was excellent. Room was always well cleaned and housekeeper was really friendly.

- The location is good, only a few minutes from the metro station to the hotel. - The attitude of the counter staff is not friendly. - The hotel gave us the wrong room. We booked a double room which should included two single beds. However, the room we ended up staying in had only a small bed and only one set of all amenities (but we found out later and didn’t took any pics, that’s why we didn’t reflect to the hotel immediately). - The room facilities are dilapidated and the locks on the windows are broken too, which poses a security risk.

The room was pretty good for the price. The location is center. No view. Bathroom and toilet are small and average in terms of cleanliness. The shower hose is leaking!!! Only provide quilt cover without quilt for guests to use😩it make me feel strange!!!

The room is small and near the restaurant.It is too noisy. There is no hot water in my room. Bad experience! It doesn't deserve a three star hotel.

The location of the hotel is not great. In the hotel itself we had problems with the water for two days. First the hose was broken, which was only replaced several times, and then there was no more water. Despite repeated requests, the problem was resolved at midnight due to complaints. At breakfast there was no bread left and they said "unfortunately we don't have any left". That's why we didn't have breakfast at the hotel at all. The selection was also very poor.

The pictures of the room do not correspond to reality. In reality the room is small and the bathroom is very small.

I would never, ever recommend it. Don't ever make this mistake. Don't!

Breakfast was very poor and tasteless. But the staff was very helpful and attentive. Walking distance to Alsancak is 30 minutes. It is also located in Basmane, where there are many immigrants. Cleanliness is good, beds are comfortable. The rooms are very noisy. You can hear all the sounds in the corridor. Shampoo soap ingredients are of poor quality.

The geographical environment is good. It takes about seven or eight minutes to walk from the subway station. The elevator is an old-fashioned one that requires manual opening and closing of the door. There can be up to three or four people standing at a time, so you can experience it. The room is quite decent, has everything it needs, not crowded, and hygienic is OK. The breakfast had relatively few types, many cold dishes, and the taste was average. The closing time was relatively early. The staff had already started to take away the food before we sat down to finish it. As a transit hotel to go to Selcuk, it’s OK to stay for just one night. In the evening, you can take a taxi to the clock tower and the beach to have a candlelight dinner and a glass of wine. When you wake up the next day, it’s only a two-minute walk from the hotel to the train station. It’s very convenient to go to Selcuk. convenient.
