Otel çalışanları iyi, konumu oldukça güzeldi. Çoğu yere yürüyerek gidebilirsiniz. Otel pasaport iskelesinin dibinde karşı tarafa rahatlıkla geçebilirsiniz. Kahvaltı da gayet başarılı ve lezzeti iyiydi. Aynı sıradaki diğer otellere göre fiyatı makul seviyede ve odaların çoğu denizi görmektedir.

Tesiste ikinci kalışımdı. Gayet temiz, güleryüzlü ve yardımcı kişilerin çalıştığı, konumu ve manzarası harika, güvenli bir otel. Tek olumsuz gözlemim, klimaların acilen temizliğinin yapılması gerekiyor, çok tozlu. İzmir'e tekrar geldiğimde ilk tercihlerimden biri olacak.

Konum iyi ancak otel içi sorunlar mevcut. Lavabo musluğu gevşek, musluğu açmak istediğinizde musluk geriye gidiyor, açılmıyor. Duş jeli ve duş kremi adları yazılı yerlerin tersi sabunluklara konulmuş. Yazıya göre alırsanız duş jeli isterken duş kremi almış olursunuz. Odada kanepeyi açarak 3. Yatak olarak satıyorlar. Kavhaltı sıradandı, kavhaltıda biten şeylerin hemen yenisini koymuyorlar. Dolayısı ile yeri dışında cazip bir şey yok.

otopark hizmeti, kahvaltısı, personelin nezaketi ve Hotels sisteminden rez yapıp otelde ödeme yapabilmiş olmak çok iyiydi. Wifi hizmetinin kullanılamaz halde olması ve bizim şansımıza banyo küvetinin tıkanması biraz üzücüydü. Genel anlamda çok iyi ve başarılı.
