"Friendly hotel staff nearby folkart I came to do business and it was close. I expected the interior of the room to be more luxurious for the price I paid. I paid almost 200 euros for 1 room, so I expected a nice room, but I did not get this and the smell coming from outside is cat food smells very bad. They had put me on a low floor, unfortunately not a high one. so the price/quality ratio is poor, I wouldn't pay more than €90 for this room but unfortunately I paid almost €200 for this room. unfortunately i didn’t take pictures of the room because i were busy with business otherwise i would add pictures of the room that i paid too much for it’s defo not worth €200."

"The hotel is big and very industrial. Booked a 2 bedroom grand suite. The communal areas are very big and well furnished. The master bedroom is a good size but the 2nd bedroom is very cramped for twin beds. The kitchen is well equipped but as an apartment for 4 only had crockery and glasses for 2. The area is very grubby as it is in the heart of the car workshops. The communal areas in the hotel are very grubby and look dirty and rundown except for the reception area. Would not use again and in my opinion £400 for 2 nights was excessive. That said the buffet breakfast was exceptionally good."

"Great location but the room wasn’t clean, specially the bathroom, there were two cigarette butts in the shower that seemed to have been there for a while from previous guests."

"The room was really spacious. The bed was comfortable and large enough. The lobby was nice enough. You can easily walk to the seaside. There is a starbucks next door and a sports bar in the ground floor."

"The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the train station, which offers direct access to the airport. It’s also within walking distance of some of the best spots in Izmir, including places for breakfast, dining, live music, art galleries, and the seaside. The staff is very friendly. If I visit Izmir again, I will definitely choose this place"

The breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious. Everything was really perfect for a short stay. If we come back to Izmir, we will definitely book the Hotel Zeniva. "I had a short but pleasant stay for 2 nights. Despite me sending a few messages to the hotel before I arrived about needing a breakfast box to go as I had a tour at 6:30 am, nothing was known to the front reception desk when I arrived just after 9 pm. The to go box that I ended up getting had hardly anything in it. This was disappointing since the breakfast buffet that I missed had so .any varieties of fresh and precooked food. The front reception staff was friendly and pleasant."

"I had the most comfortable stay during my trip to Turkey at this hotel. It is conveniently located within a commercial complex, right next to a modern, large shopping mall. The mall’s basement houses a food court with a variety of delicious options. The hotel is just a few minutes’ walk from metro and tram stations, providing direct access to the city center. The rooms are clean, cozy, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. To top it all off, the hotel's breakfast was absolutely delightful. Highly recommended for both convenience and comfort!"

"The room is relatively small and the surrounding environment is not very good. Although I booked a sea view room, there is a main street in front of me, and vehicles shuttle around 24 hours a day. The noise and air pollution are serious, and the sound insulation effect is not good. In addition, at four o'clock in the morning, the neighbor next door suddenly played dance music at a loud volume. He shouted loudly and knocked on the door to stop it, and then continued playing for a while. Very disruptive to rest. The hotel staff was friendly and prompt. There are not many shops and restaurants near the hotel, and you need to take the light rail two stops away from the city."
