This is the worst hotel I have stayed in during my trip to Turkey. The room facilities are outdated, the antique carpets have an unpleasant smell, and the mattresses are sagging. Breakfast only has bread, cucumbers, tomatoes, and tea is also rationed. I am so disappointed and hope not to do it again. Someone was fooled

***et is satisfactory in terms of location. If you are on a business trip etc. If you are looking for a place to visit, you are in the right place. It was below my expectations in terms of facilities/service. There was a service that did not suit the location/star/standing of the hotel.
If I talk about breakfast, do not choose it because it is included. I'm sure you can make something better and more affordable out there. Not to mention the fact that they bring tea.

It is a big and old hotel just need a little upgrade.
But staff are great, friendly, and very helpful.
Especially Nuri bey is one of kind person...Great personality, genuinely try to help you when you need something. 5 star to him.

The rooms are not clean and there is nothing that should be in a room. Breakfast is already a fiasco in itself.

He was very bad at cleaning. It is obvious that the rooms are not taken care of either. The air conditioner and refrigerator are not working, the refrigerator is empty, not even slippers were put in the room. While one of the officials is very nice and friendly, the other one does not look at his face and there is no institutional development. I would say one good aspect of the hotel is the room location. Within walking distance to places such as the beach, metro, tram station, Basmane station.
