Stayed here for two nights Express hotel feel Clean and comfortable I chose this place mainly because of its convenient transportation. It’s close to the train station and also close to the tram stop. close There are also small supermarkets and small restaurants nearby. The breakfast variety is okay.

The room was clean and tidy, and the service attitude was excellent. I was embarrassed to help with parking the car.

The lady at the reception was very interested, but the man standing in the evening was really rude. Toilet paper and soap were not sent even though we asked for it. We were generally dissatisfied.

This is a ok hotel. I don’t why it has a 4-star rating which it does not deserve. The hotel is situated near some medical centres and there are very few food options for dinner and lunch. I would not recommend this hotel for family though. Food in the hotel is also so so. Breakfast was a good spread. So I am happy with that.

The hotel is small but really nice. Rooms are cozy and clean. The best part was the reception, we checked in with Merve who gave us an amazing service. She explained everything to us, give us a warm welcome and was genuinely kind. The food was really nice and the waiters were really attentive. Thank you for your kind service. We were really comfortable during our stay. I hope to be able to see Merve again sometime, you were truly amazing. Thank you from your spanish friends ❤️

The hotel is really small the lobby don’t have room for a large group, the room are really small and look very old the AC don’t work properly , the food was OK but very limited I don’t recommend,the bathroom was ok the bottle of shampoo ,body wash are very small

The bed was really soft and the food was really tasty.In hotel was really quite.For my opinion you need to add a pool at this time of year because at outside it was really really hot.It was a experience that a never forget thank you all for your service

The hotel was extremely clean. The bed were very comfy! The staff were amazing and so helpful. The reception staff were very friendly and a great laugh! Merve at the desk is very kind and funny! Thankyou for all your help during my stay.......

comfortable triple room with brand new and functional bathroom. varied and abundant breakfast especially with traditional Turkish savory foods. My clients received a narrow room and speaking with the head receptionist they immediately had a better accommodation. great kindness and smile

Great service, amazing food at the M Club. Sera was amazing: professional, kind and very helpful. She not only made sure that we're enjoying our time but also was happy to provide recommendations and tips on what to do in İzmir - highly recommend!

The pillows were good and the room was good too, but the food was not good, I went with a guide group and for dinner we had buffet. I didn’t like anything and most of the food was cold (when it was not supposed to).

Good experience, service was very good, food acceptable. Bathroom very good. Very comfortable beds, slept like a log.A little fat from the center but it was quiet. Will probably come back some day. Very good in general.

Absolutely beautiful, the room was so comfy and well taken care of. Comfortable bed and amazing food. Sitting down to breakfast now and staff couldn't be more helpful :) rooms are lovely and can control the temperature which is a bonus. Clean bathroom on top of that too
