Very friendly staff,
Good location

Advantages: There is a park next to it, which is very convenient to go shopping. Breakfast was ok.
Disadvantages: The room is too small and the facilities are old.

Room cleaning was good, but the general cleanliness of the hotel was bad. Only one person serves breakfast and there are not enough tables. On one day of my 3-day stay, I had to leave without waiting for breakfast. There is no such thing as reception service standard.
Room and bathroom sizes are quite small. There is not even enough space to put your supplies in the bathroom.

Even though it was said there was a parking lot, there wasn't. The hotel is located in a somewhat neighborhood environment. Breakfast, cleanliness and staff were generally good.
