Hotel and room not consistent with reality
Unsanitary and bad smell of cold tobacco
Lack of hygiene and the location is scary
During breakfast there were cockroaches around and in the dishes we left without eating phew
Room in very poor condition (toilet and shower with hollow mattress) and non-competent staff

Smells very bad in room. Smoking inside hotel. Awfull room service. Very bad hotel to visit with family. Elevator in terrible condition without safe maintenance. Personnel starting from reception treats unprofessional. I will not recommend this hotel.

- dirty , old and smelly rooms - no toiletries provided - windows are not closing - ac doesn’t work properly - staff smokes at the reception in front of the kids don’t cost its money , I can’t get how it got such high reviews. very uncomfortable staying especially with family
