A very new, clean and high quality hotel. Extremely positive staff. It deserves 5 stars from A to Z. We came back for the second time after 4 different hotels.

It was an unusuallly warm day (80 degrees Fahrenheit) and there was no A/C in an amazing sealed room with a lot of glass windows. The central cooling only starts in May!. The manager was nice and moved us to a better and cooler room.

Lokasyon ve çalışanların ilgisine söyleyecek birşey yok. Fakat çok uykunuz var, yorgunsunuz ve rahat uyumak istiyorsanız önce baca temizliği yapılıp yapılmayacağını sorun. O kadar yorgun olmama rağmen , uyumak istememe rağmen çatı katındaki odamda uyuyamadım. Gece saat 3 te hemen kapımın yanında yapılan sese uyandım ( az bir ses değildi ve yarım saat sürdü). Sabah o kadar uykusuzluğa rağmen resepsiyondaki görevliye sorduğumda baca temizliği yapıldığını söylediler. Gecenin saat 3 ‘ ünde. Bu arada hava çok sıcaktı. Baca temizliği olacağı belli iken hiçbir bilgilendirme yapılmaması, misafirimizin odasını değiştirelim rahatsız olmasın diye düşünülmemesi ilginç.Ama bu kadar düşüncesizce ve acemice hareket edildiğine göre çok profesyonel olunmadığını anladım.

It is a very nicely designed hotel and clean. However, the internet is not working. Although there was a set for refreshments in the room, no water was provided. Also, when I needed shoe polish, I saw an empty box.

The hotel was new and the bed was comfortable. The staff were especially friendly and great. The elevator was not working properly, so we had to go up and down the stairs to the fourth floor, but that incident was not enough to make the hotel a negative rating. Thank you for carrying our heavy suitcases with a smile on our last day. It was a fun trip.
