Smart Hotel

I went to Izmir on May Day and the hotel was in a very central location, at an exit of the city center roundabout. But the road is actually not easy to walk and the entrance is very narrow. Brothers going to Izmir should expect terrible traffic there. This hotel provides valet parking service. The entrance of the hotel is very small. If you go there for the first time, you can park directly in front of the hotel and let the staff park for you. This service is very considerate. It really killed me to let me figure out how to park my car. Thumbs up for this parking service. In terms of rooms, the rooms are not big and the hotel overall is relatively compact. The room is clean and comfortable. There are many restaurants and supermarkets nearby, and there is a large park next to it. Finally, I want to praise the hotel's service. I dropped a coat at the hotel and my airpod was still in the coat pocket. The hotel found it quickly and sent it back to China for me. Thank you very much for the hotel's service.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was rich. It was very close to the subway station, about 3 minutes away, and about 15 minutes' walk from the seaside. I will book this hotel next time

Very good hotel with very good facilities. The location is a bit strange, but in general it's like you're out of the tourist and the streets are quite different. The hotel staff lacks background, but our experience at the hotel has been very good.

The service is natural and friendly. The location is no problem. Parking is a bit of a headache as there are various one-way streets near the hotel.

Super schoon hotel en lieve medewerkers helpen je als je wat nodig hebt. Hotel ligt goed gelegen in konak heel veel bezienswaardigheden op loopafstand. Auto kan geparkeerd worden bij het hotel of bij de parkeergarage wat voor je geparkeerd kan worden door een werknemer

Mais quel accueil pourri !!! Ni bonjour ! Ni bonsoir ! Rien de rien mon dieu il mon dégoûté ils sont irrespectueux vraiment déçu de Izmir et de l’hôtel plus jamais ! Les chambres sont belle et propres le petit déjeuner aussi ! Pas de sauna ! Pas de salle de sport je pense ils sont fermé tout le temp ! L’hôtel se trouve dans un quartier très bruant et sans oublier et situer juste au dessus du mètre qui passe toute les 5 mn quel horreur !! Vas falloir vous améliorer sur l’accueil tout le monde se plaigne vraiment c’est une honte !!!
