One of the best hotels I stayed in in ages. While it’s a four star hotel on paper, it’s really a five star plus hotel in terms of service and attention to detail. Everything you need for an excellent stay is graciously provided. Everyting looks and feels brand new. There is a flat plan android TV in your room. A small but very efficient fitness room with pretty much every equipment you may need downstairs. Staff is very attentive and professional. You can easily access IZBAN (Izmir rail) and Izmir’s largest mall Optimum via a short 10 min walk from the hotel.

Hotel çok güzeldi. İzmirde uyuduğum en iyi uykuyu uyudum :-)... Tek olumsuzluk cam şişe su ücretli, plastik şişe su ücretsiz bilgisini çıkışta öğrendik... Keşke check in yaparken söyleselerdi ona göre hareket ederdik... Onun dışında 10 numara otel... Teşekkürler mia...

This was our 4th stay at the Hotel for 1 month duration this time & came by car from the U.K. it was as always a consistent level of 5 * service with good secure parking. The staff in all areas are always polite & welcoming with special thanks to Mrs Mehbare who always ensures our stay is comfortable & nothing we require is too much trouble. I would also like to thank the Housekeeping staff especially ( Mrs Songul ) who kept our room spotless and the Hotel which was always very clean. The breakfast was always plentiful with a good selection & pleasant staff. Thank you Mia & hope to see you soon.

Hotel inserito in tour organizzato che si è rivelato il più pulito, igienico e con il cibo più buono! E' stata una boccata d'aria dopo hotel anche di una stella in più ma senza paragoni a livello di igiene di base. Non do 5 stelle perché purtroppo avevo la stanza sulla strada principale e l'insonorizzazione non era ottima in quanto si sentivano le auto, ma per una notte è stato comunque super! Izmir centro si raggiunge in mezzoretta.

Comfortable room and well-stocked mini bar (usually this is not the case in Türkiye). The bed in the room was very comfortable. Dinner is served at the tables and not as a buffet (not the best in terms of dishes). The difference is made by the breakfast which is a buffet and is well stocked. They say there is a swimming pool and a spa, but they didn't want to open the spa to us and our group and you can't see a shadow of the swimming pool.

L'hotel mia city è sicuramente stato uno dei hotel migliori del viaggio. Ho particolarmente apprezzato la comodità dei letti che permettono un ottimo riposo, oltre che la particolarità del frigobar inserito nel muro anziché come semplice frigo. Questo è uno dei pochi hotel che includono una bottiglia d'acqua ai pasti. La cena viene servita ai tavoli anziché a buffet.

Hotel molto bello, moderno e pulito. Camere un po troppo piccole, letti comodi. Cibo nella media, colazione a buffet ottima. L'hotel si trova molto distante dal centro: almeno mezz'ora di taxi, salvo traffico intenso nelle ore di punta. Personale cortese.
