I booked a junior suite from Trip.com as 2 adults and 2 children. I called the reception on arrival. I confirmed the reservation. It was a non-refundable reservation. I went to the hotel with 2 children and they told me that my reservation was for only 2 adults. They said the room was tiny and I could not add 2 beds. I asked them to give me 2 separate rooms, they said we need to charge a fee. I was extremely stressed with 2 children. Then the hotel manager helped us and gave us 2 separate rooms, free of charge. I don't know who made the mistake, but I had an extremely difficult time. I will not make a reservation from trip.com again. .Also, I will definitely record my conversation with the hotel reception. I asked the hotel. I gave a date so that they can record our conversation. They said we don't have a record.

The only drawback is parking, although the hotel has its own parking lot, it is paid and this caused me to give the facilities 3 stars. Other than that, everything was nice, the sea view, the staff, our room.
