I booked a junior suite from Trip.com as 2 adults and 2 children. I called the reception before going. I confirmed the reservation. It was a non-refundable reservation. I went to the hotel with 2 children and they told me that my reservation was for only 2 adults. They said the room was tiny and I could not add 2 beds. 2 separate rooms. I said give them, they said we need to charge a fee. I was extremely stressed with 2 children. Then the hotel manager helped us and gave us 2 separate rooms, free of charge. I don't know who made the mistake, but I had extreme trouble. I will not book from trip.com again. Also, the hotel I will definitely record my conversation with the reception. I asked the hotel. I gave a date so that they can record our conversation. They said we don't have a record.

It's average, the advantage is that it's really close to the beach, but the beach in Izmir is just a place where you can't see the sea 😂, the service is okay, it's a bit cold, and later I changed to another Xiaohongshu online celebrity hotel nearby, which feels more cost-effective, mainly because I went to Ephesus the next day

You can’t read the Chinese household registration book? In the end, it took me a long time to explain and it was OK after I checked the air tickets. 3 It didn’t say that a morning call was required. By default, the phone rang at 7 o’clock, and the answer was a morning call, which was a bit annoying. The whole family was woken up

The only drawback is parking, although the hotel has its own parking lot, it is paid and this caused me to give the facilities 3 stars. Other than that, everything was nice, the sea view, the staff, our room. The first room they gave me was a little stuffy, they immediately changed it and gave me another room, they were very attentive.

The room types are all good, and the environment is beautiful. It is close to the airport and the noise of flights taking off and landing is loud. Everything else is OK, the breakfast is rich, and the front desk is polite and friendly! Still very good
