The room we were shown didn't even have a window, although it was written that it had a view of the city. The room also smelled damp, there was hair on the sheets. Really great hotel, the staff are very helpful and friendly. They will try to accommodate any request. The room was big and clean and sunny. I was at first put in a smokers room, but then they changed me to a really nice clean room. Make sure you request a non smoking room if you don't smoke. This is a great hotel and great location right near busmane. There is some traffic noise, but not too bad - normal for the middle of a city. I would definitely stay here again. The staff do everything they can to help and make you feel at home.
