We didn't come looking at the comments but we wanted to give chance. When we asked the hotel comments, they said they had problems with hk and they immediately changed. The rooms were clean. The jacuzi was there and was fun not to water the room or bathroom as they were told. There was a shop down there, but it wasn't enough to disturb it, but we asked them to change the corner, despite having left our phone number. They were cruelly approached us and said we had to cancel the reservation you were too late but I won't score for it. It was a pleasant experience, it was a price performance hotel. Thank you for helping the two ladies at the reception.

The hotel is bit of small at the entrance. But the inside the hallway is very space. I had the larger corner suite, and bathroom is very big. I also had the spa service, it is also very nice. One small area to improve is the lounge room size, and food items. Lounge is small, and food items are lack of hot items, and often is not refilled with it is empty. Nice free parking, and close to the sea. Breakfast at top has good view.

The room is of small size but is functional and for staying the night it was OK. In the shower room WC in the morning there was the smell of sewage coming from the sink overflow. Not really what you want for the start of the day!!!! The young lady at the reception desk was functional and helpful but did not go over the top with customer interaction. the English language skills were excellent. The breakfast served in the restaurant was good with a good variety of bread, pastries fruits, etc. As a vegetarian the omelets had meat in them, the restaurant manager Altan Uslu was very helpful and arranged for a meat-free omelet to be brought to the table. That was a very good service. The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the train station so convenient for traveling between the airport and the hotel and very close to the seafront.

Mitte Port Konak Hotel's infrastructure is very new and they have a great breakfast, they have a local variety of cheese very good pastries and some roasted mushrooms and potatoes. So big variety of jams and fruits. Their spa and Turkish bath was closed when we try to visit normally they say it's free to use for every guest. The room had not enough windows but the AC was working powerful to the cooldown. Only problem beds are a little small. Wi-Fi is working well. There was a mini fridge. They have safe lockers in the room. They have TV. The bathroom is very good, hot water and water pressure was perfect. Except toothbrush they provide everything. The location of the hotel is good if you travel with your car or take a taxi but walking to public transportation is a little hard. It may cost 50 TL from the Konak Meydan to the hotel by taxi better not talk during the night. The hotel staff was very nice to us and other guests. There are many local customers and abroad from a variety of countries from France, China, Iran, France etc.

I booked the hotel via ETS. The hotel appears in the accommodation but not in the press office. Unfortunately, it is just under the press office. Basmane was İstanbul's Tarlabasa. The location is not a place to stay in family. We split two rooms. We couldn't open the air conditioning. There was a very bad smell from the air conditioning. There was a bad smell in the rooms. We had to sleep open in the night. We didn't sleep in it in the street no screams. We spent the night very nervous. Besides it was the hotel clean. The bathroom, the nephremy and the towels were quite clean, but unfortunately I don't prefer it again.

It was nice that it was a 20 minute walk to the Aegean sea and the smyrna basilika, which was really cool. It was also a 20 minute drive to the bus terminal and the airport. The room was really neat and clean. There were a lot of cool amenities that not a lot of hotels have. However, the shower head was broken. Since we were just staying for one night, we told the staff the next morning, and they said that they would check. Hopefully, they did.

Otel sahibi və personal gülərüz və çox qayğıkeşdirlər. nömrə təmiz və səliqəlidir. 3 gün burada qaldıq, sonra 2 günlük Çeşməyə getdik . dönüş biletimiz İzmirdən olduğu üçün, tətilimizin son gününü İzmirə qayıtmalı idik. Otel sahibi sağolsun ağır çemodanlarımızı dolabda saxlamağa icazə verdi. Otel Kültür parkının tam yanında , biraz aralıqda Basmane metrostansiyası yerləşir. Kemaraltı çarşısına isə bir az piyada getmək lazım gələcək. kemeraltı çarşısına metro ilə də getmək olar ( Basmanedən- Çankaya metrostansiyasına).

This apartment was perfect for my needs and was in a great location. The kitchen included all essentials and also a washing machine and dish washer. The bed was comfortable and the space was clean. The location was good and all amenities are within walking distance, as well the park, restaurants and bars are also within walking distance. Easy to reach public transport. The reception staff were present and available 24/7, and they are all super helpful (especially Ugur). I’d stay here again without doubt.
