The accommodation is nice because it was renovated in recent years. Unfortunately, there was a youth sports week at the resort when we were there and there were about 80 young people there. This led to some chaotic conditions at the evening buffet. Long waiting times at the buffet, sometimes up to 30 minutes.
The buffet food is also like you get from a large canteen. Lots of frozen food. Not much variety.

The hotel is part of a group of hotels located within a well-kept park. We were greeted by an efficient but very detached receptionist. A smile would have been appreciated. Our room was furnished in a modern classic style and was clean as was the bathroom. Breakfast and dinner are served in a restaurant located at one end of the park. Both meals are self-service but the quality and variety of the food is at the level of a canteen, certainly not of a 4-star hotel. The environment is spacious but anonymous if it weren't for the sea view. We did not use the pool or spa.

Rooms always clean! the hotel is located in a resort with other hotels and apart hotels, surrounded by greenery overlooking the sea. The beach beware! It is affiliated but not free! And they don't specify this during the booking!!! Decent food! But I strongly advise against half board!! Go outside especially if you are a couple and want privacy! There are too many families!

A nice family weekend in Izola. The hotel is the central part of the San Simon Resort hotel complex. The room is large and spacious. The terrace is spacious with a beautiful view. Some minor weaknesses; empty refrigerator in the room, pool robes were only given upon request. And maybe another little thing. Good sides; extremely friendly staff, cleanliness of rooms, pool and hotel in general, quality and varied food and general a**osphere. I recommend it to families.
