日式風格的温泉酒店，環境怡人，服務真是好的沒話説，晚餐早餐都在酒店吃的日式料理，菜餚精緻美味，服務更是貼心舒適！

店內房間不算多，環境很安靜，一泊兩食出品很不錯，雖然店員不太懂英文，但服務很熱情及很細心，下次出行伊豆，必選地方。
温泉環境：有2個温泉（室內和室外），普通的房間沒有私人風呂，想享受私人風呂的可以預訂帶私人風呂的房間，或者預約。

這次旅程能選到這裏真的太太太太太好啦～
雖然不便宜，但是真的很值得～
首先，服務簡直不要太好～
服務員的小哥哥小姐姐也特別熱情～
從辦理入住到吃飯啥的都能體驗到熱情的日式服務～
而且他家沒有電梯，行李全程都有服務員幫拿，簡直不要太貼心～
我吃早飯的時候不小心打翻了一個杯子，把果汁淋了一身，服務員小哥哥馬上過來幫我收拾，小姐姐立馬拿了新的浴衣給我換，還馬上送來了一杯新果汁～
讓我這個做錯事的人更加不好意思了～
然後，再説他家的餐食，我們是二食一泊～
晚飯和早飯都賊有儀式感～
晚飯有當地特色山葵鍋，新鮮山葵真的特別好吃～我這個芥末苦手都能輕鬆駕馭～
早晚飯都很豐盛，特別好吃，吃的特別飽～
再來説説房間，我們住的有私湯的房間，特別大特別好～
私湯也賊舒服～
他家也有公共温泉，巨木和巨石都很有名，推薦去泡～
還有很多小點也很好，比如他家有個cafe lounge，給住店可以免費使用～
我以為很敷衍，結果裏面很大，飲料種類也很多～
這次因為是帶爸媽一起去的～
爸媽全程都玩的很開心～
真的再次感慨很幸運選到這家酒店～
但是他家在半山上，附近啥也沒有～
如果需要去便利店的，建議在去酒店前買好～
不過酒店也完全不需要再額外買啥，水什麼完全管夠～
如果有機會一定會推薦給身邊的朋友來入住～

酒店附近環境很好，景色優美。服務也別周到，大家都好有耐心，不怎麼會日語也沒關係，交流基本無礙。菜品多樣且細緻，令人難忘🥰以後會再去的！！！

Amazing ryokan! Delicious food and immaculate service. We were so sad to leave. Everyone at Shirakabe made us feel so special. It looks better in person than in photos! The onsen are perfect and the products smell fabulous.
