中伏，間嘢原來廁所在地下，不是二樓單位內，還要與其他單位共用，網站內沒有寫明，泊車車位只有屋旁那個，如來到沒有泊車位，就要自行去外面搵，網上提供相片不完整，只看到某些位置，付了錢後，才在電郵講，怪不得即時收錢，不設退款。
還有沒有 Wi-Fi 提供, 屋旁邊就是國道，車來車往，附近也沒有什麼食店。
還要求上傳護照於他們的系統，基於網絡安全理由，表示不會上傳給他們這間屋的房東，他不是一間有規模的大酒店，只是一間老舊房屋，而且，我在日本入住多間，有規模大型的自助公寓，也不會要求上傳護照證件的，他還拿出日本法律。
由於這間屋在網站內，已有隱瞞，不說明屋內實況，付錢後才告知，而且，他們的系統是什麼呢！
所以，要求退款，但拖延4-5日，到入住前一天說，不會退款。
經常到日本旅遊，如提供住宿方，有某些不足，提供不了應有的設施或服務，就算預訂時不設退款，也會歸還有關款項。
不要緊，基於這房東各種問題，以及證件安全為由，就算他不退款，我和朋友也決定不會入住這間老舊房屋，在日本旅遊多年，從未試過遇到這種事情。
