Staff gave us a free upgrade to a larger room due to a special occasion. The room was large enough for 4 people. The bed was large enough to fit 2 people. The channels available were decent. The best offering in the room was the amazing view. 3 large windows overlooking the distance. It was amazing. Location was amazing as well. A train stop away from KIX airport and located within 5 mins walk from Rinku town station. 10 mins walk to Rinku premium outlet. An amazing stay with the hotel. Thank you for accommodating us.

Hotel is few steps from Rinku town station. Outlet Rinku town is very close to Hotel. Free shuttle service to airport for early flight in morning is great. It starts from 05.20am.

It is very close to the Nankai Line station, and the hotel has a special free car to take you to Kansai Airport. It's also very convenient to go to Ole, the room is big, and the breakfast is not bad.

Great hotel to stay at if you arrive late at night. It is a train ride away from the airport and within walking distance to the outlet. It took around 10 minutes to walk to the outlet. There is also Trial supermarket (5 mins walking distance) that is 24 hours so you can stock up on souvenirs or food. It has food, clothes, cosmetics, toys and electronics.

Room was comfortable but it was facing main road and there was a fire station opposite, so could hear sirens even late into the night which slightly disturbed my sleep. Breakfast spread is decent, used the hot bath too.

Clean, good value and innovative hotel. The hotel is located by the Osaka bay. It provides either Bay view or city view. Rinku town station is just 10 min away by foot. Don’t be taken aback by 10 min walk. You would actually walk through a beautiful park and reach the hotel. Check in was smooth. The receptionist was a robot dinosaur. Everything was made easy and smooth. Room itself is a fine size. You could open the window slightly if you want to. Good lighting . The bathroom is decent size and equipped with a nice soaking tub. The room is spotless and clean. Bed and pillow are very comfortable too. The highlight of the in-house guests is to have access to the nice hot spring via 2nd floor. In-house guests do not need to pay additional fee for the hot spring. Upon check out, you could even leave the luggage’s free of charge for the day. That’s really nice. Last but not the least, I came across a dilemma during the stay. It was because the terms and conditions ( fine print) was in Japanese and I could not read it. It causes a little of inconvenience. I appreciate the staff assisted me on this one-off incident.

As my first experience of a capsule hotel, I really wanted to like this place. Having an early flight and this being on the doorstep of the terminal, I had high hopes and couldn't wait to get some rest before my flight. My experience started well, with the staff being incredibly welcoming and helpful, the room and washrooms are stocked with everything you might need during your stay, but that's where it stops. I booked a First Class room so I could keep my case with me and had more than enough space, but it was dirty. The floor, table, curtain, TV etc had a thick layer of dust and other people's hair and looked awful. The bed sheets are thin, a bit damp and I was cold during the night, despite turning my own AC off. I was also woken up by some loud, impolite guests in the middle of the night. The worst part was the shower, it was so mouldy and unclean I didn't want to be in there at all, and even the ceiling was covered in dust etc from the extractor fans. The WiFi is also slow. I will definitely not be staying again and wished I'd booked elsewhere.

Not far from the airport. Mainly because of the airport pick-up service, I chose this hotel without hesitation. The receptionist was very nice and the room was clean. There is a 24-hour convenience store nearby and several places to eat. Very satisfied. I will choose here next time.

Friendly staff. Near KIX. One of the reasons I chose this hotel was because they have free shuttle service to the airport. But it only runs in the morning and evening, not for the afternoon when I needed it. Nice breakfast for extra price.
