Especially, since customer service is our top priority.We have noticed that you pointed out one of the main reasons why most frequent flyers stay in our hotel. One of the top reasons, is because of the free shuttle bus service we constantly provide from morning to evening. (*Time/s may vary during irregular cases.)For those who missed the bus, customers can take a cab (from Kansai Airport to our hotel - for approximately 15 minutes) or they can take the train (only 2 stations away from Kansai Airport - around 9 minutes by train plus a 7 minute walk from Izumisano Station). Whichever the case, our hotel can be accessible by different transportation methods.As for our breakfast, customers can pay an additional ￥1,300 (for adults) and ￥650 (for kids) if they would like to add breakfast to their booking plan.
