Awesome Hotel. Nearby to Railway Station, very comfortable and spacious rooms equipped with Tea Kettle, Refrigerator as well, AC is good, 65 inch large TV equipped with OTT platforms.Not less than 5*.

Wonderful experience staying in this hotel. We went with our 5 year old daughter who didn't wanted to leave the hotel and go back home. We went there for 2 nights but ended up spending 3 nights. Rooms are big. Everything was so perfect. Was skeptical whether will get a good stay in Jabalpur city but it was beautiful. The staff was very polite and kind always there to support. Thank you for making our trip fantastic.

Worst Experience Ever!!!! I'm a sales professional and therefore have to travel a lot. I have been to jabalpur only a few times and someone suggested this hotel as a good one so I booked it after confirming on call atleast thrice because I desperately needed early check-in since my train was here by 5 20 am. However, the staff refused when I reached the hotel by saying that there's no room available at the moment while at the same time, some other guy who came after me was provided early check-in because he paid 1000 + taxes. I didn't even deny paying the amount but just because my stay is for a day, he said this policy doesn't fit for me. I need to extend my stay unnecessarily and pay for early check-in if I really need it. Otherwise, I have to wait till 12 when someone checks out. My only concern is if we can pay even then they are making us suffer. What kind of hospitality is this? Staff is also not at all supportive. This is their way of making more money by making people suffer. Staff so rudely stated that we have these peculiar policies so can't help you. Chosing this hotel was such a big mistake!
