Extremely disappointed to find fireplace in room wasn’t even in working order / connected up which was a main reason for booking this overpriced hotel. We were told someone would fix it which of course didn’t happen and wasn’t acknowledged our whole stay. The heater remote was also broken so only had one temp flat out fan. So couldn’t have that on either. The room pictures are absolutely not that you actually get. Incredible false advertising to say the least. All in all look elsewhere. So many other great places in the area where they care for their guests.

The town of Jackson is a place worth visiting. There are many hotels in the town. This hotel is suitable for families with many families.

The style of the room is very American. The breakfast is very good and made to order. There are too many to finish. One room has the heating turned on and it is so hot at night without air conditioning. There is no front desk for consultation at night. There is hot water and coffee at the front desk, which is completely self-service. Burn it yourself

The room is clean but the facilities are old. Due to bad weather, our flight was canceled and we checked into the hotel one day late. I understand their check-out policy, but the communication process with the hotel is painful. There is often no one at the front desk, and emails are not answered for a long time. The location of the hotel is very good and the breakfast is delicious.

The hotel room is large and comfortable, the lobby is gorgeous and the breakfast is also delicious, it is recommended to stay
