This property could use a little TLC, but it was about what I expected for the price.

The service is mediocre and the staff is very unprofessional. This doesn't work, that doesn't work. You have to wait half an hour to check in at the hotel. They said you can't go early, and if you do, you have to pay extra...

The staff was helpful and pleasant. All areas of the property were clean. Breakfast was good. This is an older property and could use some updating but that is reflected in the price. I would stay here aga8n.

I will Not recommended, very out dated, mildew bathroom and the stopper did not not work . Towel we're hard, the refrigerator did not get cold. Breakfast was okay. We traveled for the death of my niece.

Lady bugs everywhere. The door lock was not working. Bathroom was dirty, would not come back at all

I went to check into this hotel, and my reservation was not there. The time was approximately 2 in the morning, and I was exhausted from being on the road. The gentleman behind the counter seem to not know and said you got a call the name and number on the back “Sir” which said contact this property and I called it and it rang him. After this whole debacle went down, we ended up exchanging argumentative slurs, and raising our voices and I ended up leaving as I believe the gentleman behind the counter was lazy and had no intention as he just said call Expedi. As far as I’m concerned, I will not stay at Best Western ever again in a pinch or out of choice. When a client comes to a hotel at two in the morning, clearly exhausted from the road and the front desk is not intelligent enough to understand this, and that he/she needs to make an effort to help find his reservation. Maybe the quality of reviews would be higher.

The pictures made it look nicer than it was. There was a big clump of hair in the middle of the floor in my room. Disappointed there was no hair dryer in the room. The gym had no fan which is ridiculous being in Florida, it’s hot and humid and there was no workout towels

This was the second time we choose to stay here. It is close to family. Both times the elevator didn't work. First time was during a remodel but was not told in advance. Figured they'd have fixed. No, This time just out of order and we got 4th floor. My wife struggles with steps. Won't use again. If you do request 1st floor.

All three ice machines not working. My sink drain was not only dirty the stopper was pulled and sitting on the sink not connected. Bathtub had obvious rust. My room was decently clean.

This is the worse experience. 0 stars No elevators. No towels, breakfast was horrible. Everything. I want my money back.

The staff was okay I called downstairs because I had the wrong room and he wasn't room he just was unaccomdatable other than that it was okay
