"Customer service was very poor (aside from the sweet lady that worked the breakfast room). Front desk took several times to answer the phone. The hotel room phone didn’t work. The body wash was out, and we requested more. Front desk said sure, and they never came. They also failed to monitor floors when complaints were made about groups loitering and playing in hallways at 11:00pm - 2:00am. Front desk was called, they said they would come up, nobody came up. Aside from the location and the nice waffle maker at breakfast, customer service was abysmal and management was poor."

"The hotel was clean and the staff was very helpful and professional. I was there for a conference. The conference room was adequate for the amount of people that attended . The Hotel was conveniently located close to downtown and the river. Unfortunately, This year the hotel was under construction. However it did not stop the conference from continuing. We had an amazing time and if they have it there again I can’t wait to see the construction completed. It looks like it’s going to be an wonderful addition."

"This property is currently being renovated. Although that renovation is being done the property is very nice. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious. I feel that after the renovation is completed it will be awesome, and I would stay there again."

"Was disappointed, took a shower the night I stayed and the shower water did not get hot. The next morning, I went to use the jacuzzi and it was the same thing, "luke warm" at best. Everything else was standard, no frills hotel."

"Location is close to a lot of dining and shopping. The atmosphere is clean and welcoming when you walk into the lobby as well as the room itself. This was an amazing deal for two nights, one night at a room attached to the hosts house on airbnb was costed more than what we paid here! Noise level was okay, you could hear opening doors and some talking through walls. This kind of thing doesn’t bother me. The service was amazing, the staff is so friendly and greets everyone! The continental breakfast was delicious, I was more than satisfied. The pool was closed, there was bad weather. The gym area is decent. If you’re working out on vacation more power to you I guess. The ONLY reason I did not give this 5/5, the shower floor was dirty. Not horrible but some staining. A little bleach goes a long way. Everything else was pristine, just not the shower floor."
