Tru by Hilton Jacksonville St. Johns Town Center

Staff was awesome. Very nice breakfast setup. Nice clean room. So much nice shopping and dining within walking distance. The only complaint is outside noise. It sounded like there was some street racing going on at night. And someone in the room above me was heavy footed. With that said I would not hesitate to stay here again.

First time ever staying in a Tru. It was perfect for a short stay traveling on our way to Orlando. We appreciated the cleanliness and how the accommodations were just what was needed for a night while passing through. No carpet in the room gave it a cleaner feel. Breakfast in the AM was an added bonus. Staff was friendly and it was easy check in and check out. If you like shopping, the location is ideal with an unbelievable number of stores from Marshall’s to Upscale stores that include Gucci in the Town Center. This was a great find!

Location is pretty onvenient with sufficient parking. The room was very small and I hadn't realized the desk was super little and no coffee maker, but it was very clean and quiet.

Tru hotels usually offer small rooms as this Tru in Jacksonville does too. Can’t open windows, so the air in the room is never really fresh. TV programs pretty limited; e. g. no HBO. Free parking. Hotel is in a nice area. Lots of restaurants and shopping in walking distance. Breakfast comes with the usual stuff of a chain hotel. Coffee and tea is available 24/7. Not sure if I’d pick the same hotel when in the area?

It had breakfast, pool tables, and the staff checked on you regularly and asked if you needed anything. We felt safe and it was close to shopping, eating, and golf.

Staff were wonderful. Very nice and helpful. Clean. Amenities was just what we needed.

Has the feel of a budget European style hotel. Rooms are small but have all the essentials. No coffee in room but 24hr excellent coffee in the lobby. And the location is excellent across the street from the St John's Center.

Everything was great ! From front desk to staff. Room was very well put together. Down to the details. Of the added touch of a nice warm cookie!! Yum! Ty

Clean room, good location, good staff, decent breakfast with fresh made pancakes. The only negative was that I didn’t think the bed was that comfortable; it was a bit hard for my preference. But everything else was good.
