Visiting for the Luke Combs/Jordan Davis concert. We booked in advance for $230/night (now $500+). It's a nice downtown hotel, close to stadium (20-minute walk we were told). It has so much potential. I think with so much growth in Florida, Hyatt will soon renovate this location. The rooftop pool was very 1990s. The view across the river was nice. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice. (Although we waited about 10 mins for anyone to acknowledge us, despite a woman with no guest in front of her focused on the computer). The rooms are somewhat modern but not a fan of the carpet. The toilets had some rust streaks. Again, lots of potential but will require some money to make it top end and a little training in providing top tier client service.

Excellent visit at the Hyatt... Had no issues with staff or facilities. Enjoyed the weekend and was appreciative of the food service staff and specifically Gigi... Wonderful employee!

The location, right on the riverfront, is beautiful and lively. We were here just overnight for a ballgame at the nearby 121 Financial Park, so we didn't have much time to enjoy the hotel's amenities. Since we were on a tight schedule, I appreciated having the "grab and go" convenience of the snack bar/coffee shop in the lobby. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and quiet. Fortunately, the very loud concert at the adjacent park ended at 10 p.m. just as we were returning for the evening so we were able to get a good night's sleep.

Beautiful views of the river. Visit was for an annual conference. The staff I encountered were pleasant and took the time to speak and greet me.

Need improvement on staff attentiveness and visibility. Rarely was a staff member or housekeeping seen. Food and beverages were poor quantity and quality.

We have stayed at this property a year ago with positive thoughts. This stay was not good at all! The hotel did not give us the beds we reserved (3 rooms total). Rooms were not clean. One room smelled like bug spray and the others were had food on the floor and nasty pillows. Parking is awful. We paid $29 on top of room fees. We will not be returning
