The hotel is not bad, clean, and the price is very reasonable. However, they started repairing the roof early in the morning. Although the announcement in July said that it would be completed in 4 weeks, it was not completed until September 2009. Fortunately, it was completed after getting up. Open it up, otherwise a lot of people will complain!

Shout out to the Manager and Staff!! I stayed at the Baymont over two months ago. After leaving the hotel I realized I had left my book behind that had photos of my deceased son. Last week I was in Jacksonville and stopped at Baymont. I asked the Manager if they had Lost and Found for books adding there were photos inside. Much to my amazement a Staff member held up my book and said, "This one?" The sheets are silky, the beds comfy, real clean. Manger, THE BEST! with gratitude Victoria CLark

After 9 hrs at work and 375 miles of driving was very impressed with the property. Location was great as well as the staff. Miss Donna was a great help before we got there we were in route and was a very quiet and restful few hours we were there. Will visit again on my next trip to Jax. Fl.

Great location. Central to everything. Amazing staff and customer service. Michelline was amazing and friendly when she checked us in. Then due to my own error I was locked out of my room in the middle of the night with a baby. Michelline and Maureen came to the rescue and comforted me during the situation. They treated me more like family than a stranger. I was very grateful for them. The staff here are just beautiful humans. I would recommend this place over and over again.
