2 night stay
Intial check in went ok
Room stunk when we first walked in smelled like old pepper etc.
Ac did not work at all had maintenance come to "look" a few times nothing happened stayed at 74 no matter what we set it too ended up having a nose bleed bc of the dry air ... very hot and uncomfortable ... could not help or offer any thing to fix problem
Only one elevator worked so that was also aggravating
The pool was suppose to be heated but it was freezing
Hot tub was fine
Had to pay $20 plus tax a day for parking in parking garage... a $350 night and still have to pay to park ... ridiculous
$750 wasted

The hotel was under construction and our room smelled like paint. We understood that it was under construction, so we ignored the paint smell and stains on the carpet and didn’t complain. After a concert, we went back to the hotel and ordered Uber eats. We kindly asked the front desk clerk to call our room once the food arrived. She said she was too busy completing an audit to help with that. She said “I have my own work to do”. Then in the morning, we tried using the phone for late check out, the phones didn’t work so I called from my cell. The front desk answers and when I let her know the phones weren’t working, she argued and said “yes they do” and “I could hear you when you called”. I explained that I couldn’t hear her and that the phones are broken. She gave us late check out, but I do feel like the front desk should be treating their guests with more hospitality. Specially when the hotel is undergoing construction. This is my first time ever complaining about any hotel.

Stayed here for a wedding. This had to be the worst stay I have had in years by far. The rooms were dingy. When the light reflected on the doors you could see all kinds of grime and handprints. The same with the furniture. Every time the toilet flushed it vibrated and sounded like it was going to explode. The beds were hard and to top it off the hotel is doing renovations. When we got there there on a Friday there was nonstop drilling and jackhammering above our heads. Stopped for the evening but begin at 10 AM on Saturday all day long. The noise got so loud that we had to go downstairs to the lobby just be able to talk to each other. Forget about trying to take a nap and get some rest. To add insult to injury, the rooms were not cheap at $250 a night. Plus taxes and $20 a day for parking. Breakfast was not included and was $16 per person for the buffet. Extremely overpriced when you can go down the street to Panera bread and eat better food for less than that. The people were nice and the bartender was nice which is why I gave it a 2. Do better Hilton!!!! I have a video of the drilling sound in our room But it wouldn’t let me add it.
